I don’t even want to leave 1 star but it is necessary to leave a review. We went in to redeem an offer by email for free cheese pizza we had received. They refused to honor it, stating it had to be in app, which I do not have nor have I ever had, and they have honored past email offers without a problem. My husband then ordered a half hamburger, half pepperoni pizza. When we got home and opened it, it was hamburger only. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible quality at the Pizza Hut on 47th.

Tried the Large pepperoni lovers stuffed crust. If you like pepperoni this is the pizza for you. Crust is a little thin, but soft and the edges are thick and stuffed with cheese. Oh yah!! This is take out only.

Ordered a BEEF TACO PIZZA. Received a lettuce, tomato and onion pizza on a garlic crust (the crust was good). Looked as if the took a teaspoon of meat and tried to spread it over a pizza. Loaded with veggies. Most of the pizza was crust. Very disappointed. I have ordered this pizza before and it was nothing like this. I won’t be ordering again any time soon. The delivery driver was very pleasant. Personable and friendly. The did remember the extra sauce I asked for also.

What happened to Pizza Hut? Toppings were so paper thin and sparse. If they were any thinner, they would be non-existant. At $2 per topping, this was pathetic. Pan crust more like hand tossed, not at all like it used to be. When asked about my pop, the driver replied, “Oh, was there a pop? I’ll go get it from my car.” Would he have kept it if I had not asked? Neither the website nor the app would let me use my rewards for breads sticks, even though I had enough points. Fries kinda soggy. Was not given a receipt. Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a long time but got a 40% off coupon and thought I’d try. Was still expensive. Won’t be giving my business again that’s for sure.

When you pay over $30 for a med pizza and 4 sodas, after choosing the option for EXTRA CHEESE and being charged an additional $2 for it. You would hope that the extra cheese is there. However, it is not! Either that, or portion control has changed in a sad-bad way since my employment with Pizza Hut… You make PIZZA. Not “lightly topped bread”.
This is not the first time this has happened with this location. But if Pizza Hut wants to keep getting my money, it should be the last. (also, I thought a selling point of the pan pizza, is that there is little-to-no crust? … This pizza is super sad!)

I would give 0 stars if I could. Greeley pizza huts are a joke. I kept trying to order the $2 Tuesdays personal pan pizza special from 2 different stores and it would show adding it to the cart for a quick second and then disappeared. I tried calling one of them and after 10 minutes on hold I k ow it was a call center person who answered he said he didn’t know about the special and told me to go to the store. I said no I wanted him to help me and I wanted to talk to a supervisor (because I wanted it to be pre ordered and ready for me. I didn’t want to have to wait at the store for it.) He told me to talk to a supervisor at the store. Again I said no I want his supervisor and he hung up on me. I drove to one if the stores and they told me they ran out. How do they run. Out of pizza? They don’t. They just didn’t want to sell any that cheap. There were about 6 people in there waiting foe food. I tho7ght maybe they ran out of the personal size crust but after I left madder than before, I realized they weren’t out because they have crust cause of the people waiting they can make more little pizzas. They just didn’t want to sell cheap pizza. Greeley colorado pizza huts are a joke.

The manager literally told me that I ought to find some place else to get pizza when I explained that they got my order to me cold after I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for it- 3 different visits in a row… rather than offer an apology he gave a shrug and actually had the nerve to be rude and short with me.
What do ya know, he was right!!! Still haven’t gotten a single order on time since. Don’t know why they even bother with the timer estimator when the pizza gets to you its not even worth the time you wait, not to mention the HIGHpriced menu.

Tavern style pizza was cold.. and the crust taste like cardboard.. this is the pizza you get instead of a raise from your employer after a successful quarter..
The hand tossed pizza was better but I wish they cut it straight. They trying to start a war between my toddlers for getting different sized slices

I absolutely love ordering deliveries with Pizza Hut at this location. They really go above and beyond with making the food, delivering it, and even their friendly smiles. I get so busy taking care of personal things after work that I keep forgetting to order food from here and end up ordering 20-30 minutes before they close. This is the 2nd time I have done this and I feel bad, but I really love their pizza and I absolutely appreciate their kindness and dedication. I greatly appreciate it and hope the pizza hut crew has a wonderful night after their shift is over. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication and your friendly smiles.
