We hadn’t been to Steak and Shake for a few years and thought we give it a try.
My wife and I shared the following:
– Vanilla Shake
– Single Steakburger with Cheese
– Chili 5-Ways
No need to single any food out here – the entire meal was delicious!
Only dislikes for today’s lunch were:
– Music was way too loud (we asked and they turned it down and it was much better)
– HVAC: It’s been real warm here this late August but today was in the 80s and pleasant out, yet it was REALLY cold inside the store. I went around to each booth and found the one with the least amount of air blowing on it from the ceiling vents. My wife did have to go out to the truck to get a sweater still.
We’d eat at a Steak and Shake in the future, even this location because the food was all great. But we’ll both be sure to bring a light jacket next time.
Not only is she stylish, beautiful, and kind, but she is extremely professional and genuinely cares about her customers. Give this woman a raise! Promote her to a trainer and send her across the country to teach other locations how to level up their customer service training—I’m so serious! It’s needed!
May God bless you, Daisy. You are a real one. You are appreciated more than you know! A true superstar!
This place has great burgers & milkshakes, plus, it’s just a cool place to hang out with friends on a Friday night (such as tonight for instance).
Anyway, we placed our order at the kiosk, paid for it, then took our seats till our name was called.
The food was delicious , the Oreo mint milkshake was tasty and the restaurant was very clean.
The kitchen crew kept busy making online orders.
It’s rather inexpensive to eat here, compared to say, McDonald’s, and the quality of food tastes better.
We will see you all again in the near future
The absolute most poorly managed and staffed restaurant in Arlington. Their fries are great. The OVERPRICED shakes are topped with 20% of the glass IS WHIPPED CREAM. YOU GET ONLY 80% IF WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
I ASKED FOR A REFUND, they said they voided the charge for the milkshake but in actuality DID NOT. THE FULL CHARGE FOR $8.2 was posted and finalized by my bank. I spoke to the restaurant “manager” and he was the have his District Manager call me? Of course they did not.
Bottom line: if you want to spend hard earned money at a overpriced restaurant that literally lies to the customers and promises a voided transaction so you won’t be charged for what they screw up, then feel free b. I have no interest in spending my monies at any business that won’t fix their mistakes and then lies to customers stating they’re refunding the charge when they have not and won’t.
These people
If you want to pay full price of $5 for a chocolate shake, then get a glass 85% full, this might be a good place. If you expect to get what you pay for, go anyplace else. To compound the issue, when you go through the drive through for. 2nd time, and expect the manager to remake the shake or something to make it right, that person could care less. Terrible customer service and poor attitude. Clearly needs to find a job elsewhere and not manage or speak to customers she learns a small amount of empathy and customer service skills.
