I got hooked on the triple treat deal. Order it Three times here. The 2nd and 3rd time I’ve ordered I noticed it said 10 cinnamon sticks. So the 3rd time I ordered I called to clarify. “Hey I ordered the triple treat the advertisement sold me. This is my 3rd time ordering but it said 10 cinnamon sticks. Are they supposed to be the same size of the bread sticks or mini cinnamon sticks?” The lady replied on the phone “no only five” at this point I’m lost just trying to get clarification and to see if I’m getting what online says. Me – “On Google it says ten and other sites says the same.” she replied ” no 5 is there anything I can do for you.” Me-“no” I hung up because that wasn’t getting anywhere. I wasn’t mad I just wanted clarification. I was only frustrated because she didn’t understand what I was saying on the phone. In my first couple of sentences I had mentioned. Hey are they supposed to be the same size of the bread sticks or are they mini cinnamon sticks. After getting off the phone. I turned to tiktok and as I’m seeing other pizza huts around the world. They were supposed to be mini cinnamon sticks. So there were supposed to make the cinnamon sticks 5 sticks and cut the in the middle to make 10. But this location was not doing that. This third time I ordered and after calling everything wasn’t amazing as the the previous times we got the triple treat box.
I understand fast food can be stressful and even more stressful to a manger or team lead. But ensuring your products are great every time, and customer service is a reflection on who ever that is in charge. So please can that in mind.

I don’t expect to get a warm welcome anymore from any Pizza Hut nowadays to be honest, but the quality of the food checked out 100% but yeah like I said not exactly a warm or friendly welcome when I came to pick up.

Don’t expect good service at the pizza hut in helotes went in and ordered for dine in. I could tell something was not right when I was ordering they really don’t want to have no one dining in he brought the pizza in the box threw on the table with paper plates no napkins no spatula. You open the box there’s no room on the table to eat there’s no napkins or pepper or cheese nothing on the table you have buy it separate the guy that brought the pizza out he looked dirty it’s not like when pizza hut had servers and they brought out the pizza on a pizza plater they had condiments on the table they would have full salad bar cold ice mugs draft beer and customer service the manger is rude and was eating behind the counter with her hands and then going to the register

Tried ordering takeout from downtown otw home but wouldn’t load. When I got to the counter I explained that I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged 2x for the order I was placing. The guy at counter was very condescending (like there are other PH in Helotes) & rude. An older couple came in & sat down for a dine in experience & had to go to the counter for service, there’s no one else in here!…. There’s 2 giys in here working. if your idea of Pizza Hut from the 1990-2010’s this aint it, no buffet no sit down vibes. As much as I dont want the $5 pizza down the street, or the other options not in Helotes I will never be back here again. Will be deleting the app.

Pizza Hut has always been my “go to” pizza place, particularly because I love thin crust pizza. Not anymore. We got 2 pizza’s tonight and they tasted like cardboard. There was literally no toppings or sauce that you could taste. I included a picture. It’s hard to see but but the order was barbecue chicken with onion. There is literally one onion piece at the top and if zoom on right below the onion piece is a tiny piece of chicken. That’s it. 1 piece of onion and 1 tiny piece of chicken. Little Ceasar has better pizza than this with a heck of a lot better taste and more toppings. Heck ANYWHERE does. It was so thin all you could taste was the crust that tasted like cardboard. Makes me sad that literally EVERYONE is out pizzaing Pizza HUT. Won’t be paying for their pizza anymore.

I have been ordering from this pizza hut since they opened some 26 yrs ago or so, lately the past 4 or 5 yrs the service was horrible with kids running it, but to my pleasure, there has been a new manager (Marty) who I’ve dealt with now several times on the phone for delivery, and she goes above and beyond to ensure my order is correct, the directions are perfect, and my food is all correctly and promptly delivered. Thanks goes out to Marty & Pizza Hut Helotes!!
