I spoke with an associate who added those items as well as inform them of the decorated door. My pizza showed up 15 minutes ahead of time which was great however the delivery of the pizza is what I am very disappointed with and you will see why in the photos.
The box was badly crumpled-up on the left side not exactly sure what happened but the pizza looked great inside of the box as well and tasted okay, it was not piping hot it but was a decent acceptable temperature.
The pizza was soft,which was a little odd. In the past ordering from “the hut”, the bottom is nice and crisp. This was not what I was expecting.
I will definitely contact the store about the box. The delivery driver, barely made and eye contact with me, just handed me the box with the crumpled up receipt,packets and crumpled box! Not sure If I will order again from this location again.
I’ve called 3 x to report the issue and have been put on hold each time. No one at the actual store taking the call. First call on hold 20 min,2nd calling hold 10 minutes and now my last at final call on hold another 20 minutes.
After 3 calls I finally was able to get in contact with” Mr B”. I explained to him what I viewed on my ring camera as to what happened to the box. During the conversation he spoke to driver “K” he claimed he didn’t do it- which thats the exact response I expected. I told Mr.B my ring camera shows otherwise. I told him I’d be happy to send video proof and photos of how it was handed to me. Normally when you pay via card, you sign it when the orders delivered. I asked him if I needed to sign he said no it was for me to keep. He missed it on his tip as well.
But Mr.B stated he would be speaking to the GM about his behavior. He provided me a credit due to the issue however that was not my desired outcome. I wanted to inform them of the drivers lack of respect for a customers order. Personally I am finding more and more everyday the younger generation doesn’t care about work ethics, professionalism.

I had placed a large pre-order for delivery at 5:15 p.m., but when I called the store around 4:00 p.m. to request a later delivery time due to an unexpected meeting, I was told the food was already being prepared even though delivery was still more than an hour away.
At 5:30 p.m., my DoorDash driver arrived at the store and informed me he was still waiting for the food to be made, which was confusing since I had been told earlier it was already ready. When I called the store for clarification, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and had to call back multiple times because the calls were disconnected or the staff seemed unaware of what was happening.
Eventually, I was told that my order was being remade because it had been sent with the wrong driver. My DoorDash driver ended up waiting over an hour. When I finally spoke with a manager around 6:15 p.m., he said he wasn’t aware of the earlier confusion and offered store credit. I requested a full refund instead, which he agreed to, but no proof of refund was provided, and nothing has appeared in my account as of the next morning.
To make matters worse, my husband had to drive to the store to pick up the food himself, because the manager said it would take another two hours to get a new DoorDash driver. We lost the delivery fee and tip, and the food we finally received was cold and placed in the wrong boxes.
Called in today and the woman i spoke with (anna) said she was unsure why her other manager told us we would get a refund and he never actually did give us the refund. The situation was never fully rectified.
This entire experience was unacceptable. Between the lack of communication, unorganized staff, and poor handling of the situation, I will not be returning to this location.
Ordered a large supreme pizza on 06/08/2025, it was bad. I think they cooked it to fast. It was hot on top but the dough on the bottom was raw. We had to take it home and recook it. At first we thought it was really stretchy cheese, to find out it was the dough. Very disappointing. We couldn’t even pull it apart, because it wasnt cut through.They just need to concentrate on cooking the food to the proper temperature as opposed to getting the food out as quick as possible. They weren’t busy either, because when we pulled up there were 2 ladies by the side of the building smoking.
