Every time I order from here my order takes FOREVER. Last time my order was supposed to be ready at a certain time and we had to wait an extra HOUR. Today I ordered at 6:20 for a pick up at 7:15. I just got here and of course it’s not ready. I was told 7 more minutes. They usually forget my sauce or my drink. If you want fast service or your food on time do not come here.

My family got pizza last night because we saw some new deals available to us. Unfortunately, it was a uniquely disappointing experience as our pizza was apparently made of cardboard being passed as bread. Either they let this bread stay out all day and it became tough or somehow they’ve managed to make a bread out of paper because both of our pizzas were near inedible. I know what to expect from Pizza Hut, it’s not going to change my life but it’s decent pizza. Clearly, there are other pizza joints that can out pizza the hut. Going forward, we’re going to be taking our business elsewhere.

If you need them to get on base for delivery, apparently that’s not possible but nobody will communicate that to you. Food was cold and 3hrs late from when it should have been delivered. The store had our $122 order that was placed at 2:10pm (to be delivered at 5:15pm) delivered to who knows where the first time. Again nobody communicated that our order was being delivered anywhere, even though our delivery driver was communicating that they were in the lobby waiting for the order for over an hour. Eventually, after talking to 3 different people, finally got a male manager on the phone who was extremely rude and was refusing to do anything except give us SOME store credit, that was until we asked for the manager above him and then he promptly said I will just give you the refund and hung up. Was a refund ever issued? No actually, it wasn’t. Called the store again today and the lady manager was also arguing about giving any bit of the refund, even though part of our total was a delivery fee and a tip for said delivery driver that again didn’t actually deliver anything to us because my husband had to go up there to pick up the order. Honestly if I was you, I would go literally anywhere else, order from anyone else. Way better quality food, deals, and service at other establishments than what this particular store had to offer.

Ray customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Working the registrar is not for her. When I walked in I didn’t get a be right with you but instead she walks to the back and stays there for about 5 min. When she finally returns there’s no sorry about that wait and she just asked if I called in. I tell her my name and she tells me it’s 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes until another employee comes up and ask for my name just to pull my pizza out of the heater. She never checked for my food at all. Maybe she should start making the pizzas instead

4/11/2023 Ordered on the phone from the call center. I asked about specials the woman told me of two. I decided on a meat lovers pizza. At the end of the call I asked about crushed red peppers, Parmesan packets. She had to transfer me to the store to have that added, because she had put the order in.

I spoke with an associate who added those items as well as inform them of the decorated door. My pizza showed up 15 minutes ahead of time which was great however the delivery of the pizza is what I am very disappointed with and you will see why in the photos.

The box was badly crumpled-up on the left side not exactly sure what happened but the pizza looked great inside of the box as well and tasted okay, it was not piping hot it but was a decent acceptable temperature.

The pizza was soft,which was a little odd. In the past ordering from “the hut”, the bottom is nice and crisp. This was not what I was expecting.

I will definitely contact the store about the box. The delivery driver, barely made and eye contact with me, just handed me the box with the crumpled up receipt,packets and crumpled box! Not sure If I will order again from this location again.

I’ve called 3 x to report the issue and have been put on hold each time. No one at the actual store taking the call. First call on hold 20 min,2nd calling hold 10 minutes and now my last at final call on hold another 20 minutes.

After 3 calls I finally was able to get in contact with” Mr B”. I explained to him what I viewed on my ring camera as to what happened to the box. During the conversation he spoke to driver “K” he claimed he didn’t do it- which thats the exact response I expected. I told Mr.B my ring camera shows otherwise. I told him I’d be happy to send video proof and photos of how it was handed to me. Normally when you pay via card, you sign it when the orders delivered. I asked him if I needed to sign he said no it was for me to keep. He missed it on his tip as well.

But Mr.B stated he would be speaking to the GM about his behavior. He provided me a credit due to the issue however that was not my desired outcome. I wanted to inform them of the drivers lack of respect for a customers order. Personally I am finding more and more everyday the younger generation doesn’t care about work ethics, professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my party and I had at this location last night. The service was completely unprofessional and caused a huge inconvenience for everyone involved.
I had placed a large pre-order for delivery at 5:15 p.m., but when I called the store around 4:00 p.m. to request a later delivery time due to an unexpected meeting, I was told the food was already being prepared even though delivery was still more than an hour away.
At 5:30 p.m., my DoorDash driver arrived at the store and informed me he was still waiting for the food to be made, which was confusing since I had been told earlier it was already ready. When I called the store for clarification, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and had to call back multiple times because the calls were disconnected or the staff seemed unaware of what was happening.
Eventually, I was told that my order was being remade because it had been sent with the wrong driver. My DoorDash driver ended up waiting over an hour. When I finally spoke with a manager around 6:15 p.m., he said he wasn’t aware of the earlier confusion and offered store credit. I requested a full refund instead, which he agreed to, but no proof of refund was provided, and nothing has appeared in my account as of the next morning.
To make matters worse, my husband had to drive to the store to pick up the food himself, because the manager said it would take another two hours to get a new DoorDash driver. We lost the delivery fee and tip, and the food we finally received was cold and placed in the wrong boxes.
Called in today and the woman i spoke with (anna) said she was unsure why her other manager told us we would get a refund and he never actually did give us the refund. The situation was never fully rectified.
This entire experience was unacceptable. Between the lack of communication, unorganized staff, and poor handling of the situation, I will not be returning to this location.

Idk about y’all but I have probably ordered from this pizza hut 50 times. They are always so spot on with the food and dropping off my food, every pizza and wing is done amazing and perfected. They also deliver quick, had a 90 minute wait but it turned into just a 30-40 minute wait. Staff at this Pizza Hut you are fricking AMAZING.

This is the Hut box my son ordered, do you notice there is no cheese?? When I brought it back at first they wouldn’t give me a refund, cash or it back on my card. Then they said they ran out of personal pans, management was new as to the reason I could not get a refund. I asked for receipt and the guy handed it to me without food or refundhe said well I figured since your calling corporate they will refund your money- they did offer a credit- why exactly would I come back after such a gross error like no cheese on my pizza. I ended up with cash refund….this is the example of poor customer service..please don’t even waste your time!!

Wings are fabulous, they’re always fabulous. Always made to the way we order them. Staff is kind, and the manager is very respectful.

Ordered a large supreme pizza on 06/08/2025, it was bad. I think they cooked it to fast. It was hot on top but the dough on the bottom was raw. We had to take it home and recook it. At first we thought it was really stretchy cheese, to find out it was the dough. Very disappointing. We couldn’t even pull it apart, because it wasnt cut through.They just need to concentrate on cooking the food to the proper temperature as opposed to getting the food out as quick as possible. They weren’t busy either, because when we pulled up there were 2 ladies by the side of the building smoking.

I honestly don’t know why I have given this place the amount of chances I have given I am so sick and tired of coming here and driving all the way home to find out they have messed up my food !!! Like tonight I order pepperoni and sausage pizza why I get all the way home to find out it’s only sausage it’s like the workers can’t read and the manger is TACKY I accepted the fact I would drive back to get what I ordered upon heading back I see I got not 1 BUT 3 missed calls from the “manager “ stating to bring back the old pizza tacky and lack of accountability taken on his end recommended don’t go! Go to another location because you’ll get nothing but problems neither worker nor manger apologized for their mistake or the fact I had to drive way back up there
