I went to Firehouse subs based on a recommendation for their meatball sub. I can honestly say it is the best meatball sub I have ever eaten at a sub shop. The location is tucked into a crowded shopping center. Once you turn at the light go down and turn right at Mattress Firm and you will drive right into the Firehouse Sub shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I just wish the location on Westover terrace was still open. I have posted pictures of the Wall menu and I’m definitely going to have to go back to try some of those selections.

Stood 10 minutes at the register until order was even taken. Then waited 20 minutes for a turkey sub that didn’t even need toasting. Service was very disappointing and I suggest you either get better or take care of your customers who have horrible experiences like this…. So unacceptable
