I think this Pizza Hut has gone downhill. Sad to see. My pizza last night was not very hot when I got it, more than “lukewarm”, but not hot. The onions and mushroom were burnt. Flavor just really lacked. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for delivery and was going to pay cash but got called immediately saying they have no delivery and will be using a second party delivery service that I will need to use an credit or debit card or I can just pick it up or wait 3 hours till they have drivers available I told the manager to just cancel the order and I would possibly just wait to re order I then continued to ask is there anyway I can get some kind of gift card or anything for the inconvenience and he said no that it’s not in his hands that i can just come in and pick up but that’s defeating the point of delivery …. he was then very rude with me afterwards and even hung up on me

Everything was soggy and they forgot half of my breadsticks with my order. They have cross-contamination issues and they give half the pizza as crust with no sauce or toppings. I’ve given them a year to improve since my last order and somehow it’s gotten worse.

My wife ordered two pizzas from this place. Boy has this place went to the dogs. Not only was one of the pizzas wrong. But when we called back to let them know that they put a bacon and cheese pizza in the box instead of a sausage and pepperoni the guy on the phone wanted my wife to drive back up to the store and let him see the pizza that was wrong instead of taking her word for it. How unprofessional as well as disrespectful. This place is pety like I’ve never seen. One star is being generous. Needless to say my wife took the pizza back up there and they replaced it. Please don’t waste your time @ this location.
