I hadn’t visited in over a decade when they were still located by Target in Christiansburg. This being my 2nd experience ever at Chick-fil-A I was not sure what I wanted or what to expect. Went on a Saturday evening around 5pm and the line was literally into the road and the patrons were all putting forth the effort to get in and out efficiently. I decided to park and order to go rather than hitting the drive thru. The inside was clean and the employees were very polite and thorough. The cashier suggested their Polynesian sauce to go w my spicy chicken sandwich, great flavor profile but not my cup of tea. The food was made to order and although I still believe it to be cliche and overrated I still support the business for the simple fact they don’t open on Sundays. Their modesty in a world prone to lose their morals over a dollar definitely help support me to pay their menu prices. The employees and customers all brought their own air of comfortability in a place they frequent so often. The wait time was non-existent and considering they had a whole Tennessee college team bus in there I was by far impressed with the crews ability to withstand the pressure. Way to go Christiansburg Chick-fil-A team!!

I waited for literally 53 minutes in the drive tru. Just got the food and its cold. The entrance sucks. So many people having to park across the street or at other restaurants because you can’t even get into this restaurant, it’s a mess one drive-through line that you cannot exit for anything meaning you’re stuck literally

Incredibly impressed with this Chick-fil-A they are always incredibly busy but they run through the line so fast. No matter how busy it is you’re never waiting long especially if you use the mobile pay feature. Mobile pay is 100% recommended for this place as they cut the drive-through lineand half or more. They have a whole separate line for mobile pay itself which made it a breeze all of our food was hot had all of our condiments. They didn’t miss the thing. Staff was great no complaints at all.

They gave us the wrong food, and then when we got the correct food it was all haphazardly thrown in the box. There wasn’t even chicken in all the bread minis. 10 minis, 7 pieces of chicken.

I used the drive through and it was fast and efficient. The food was great and the staff was very friendly.

The woman that walked out to our car had issues understanding us. I asked about what came on a sandwich and she asked me several times what I was asking. Got my name wrong. Had “Tim” on the order when Im obviously female and told her it was “Kimberly” but could just put “Kim”. Asked about the flavor water/drinks and then went with a SWEET tea. I received an un-sweet tea. Looked at receipt and she had indeed marked un-sweet. SHE recommended the sweet tea to me and that’s why I went with it over the flavored drinks! So yea, between having to interrupt ording tree , yes 3, times to , “pull up”, the hard of hearing? , getting my drink AND my name wrong it was not the ideal experience. We haven’t been back nor bring it up when answering the age old question “Where do you want to go to eat?”… used to be several times a month!.

The devine hen and the anointed rooster. Welcome to God’s chicken. Chicken-Fil-A has a pretty mean breakfast burrito. Who doesn’t like waffle fries with bits of the skin still on them?
Spicy chicken and original chicken sandwiches are always on point. The grilled chicken or club buns are peculiar, like potato buns or something. Not a fan personally.
Overall, solid fast food that has the customer service and drive through processing figured out. I’ve seen these lines wrap around like a boa constrictor but somehow chicken-fil-a isn’t phased, with a smiling face at every corner. Now, if those red wrapped bodies contained billboard like menus a customer could review before ordering ..that would be a major level up.
It seems to be the number one go to for SUv’s with OBX stickers or hip trendy churches displayed on their back glass.
I guess when it comes to fast food Chicken -fil-a is the place to be.
I like the food. Pricing could use a “deal” menu.
Would I wait in a line that extends into the parking lot of the mall in the next county? Nah.
But I do enjoy some chicken nuggies or that hot steamy sandwich in a bag.

This Chick Fil A is one of the busiest I have ever seen. Whenever visiting Atlanta and driving to Birmingham this is the preferred location to grab food for the road. The young people working are always courteous and enjoyable to engage in small talk when ordering.

The drive thru at breakfast was incredibly busy on Friday but the line “moved”! My order was brought to me while waiting in line even before I got to the window.

They have employees bringing the food to the vehicles to move things along.

As always the food quality was good.

Even though there are lots of cars, the road system with the traffic circle efficiently moves the vehicles to the traffic signals so you can get on your way.

I genuinely wish I was exaggerating, but I found a fingernail in my food. Yes — an actual fingernail. I was disgusted and immediately contacted the restaurant. They apologized and promised a refund, which, at that point, felt like the bare minimum after something that nasty.

Fast forward — no refund. No follow-up. No accountability. Just radio silence after serving me a biohazard.

It’s one thing to make a mistake in the kitchen, but it’s another to treat your customers like they’ll just forget about it. Hygiene clearly isn’t a priority here, and neither is integrity.

If you’re thinking about eating here, don’t. Save yourself the nausea and the headache of chasing down a refund for food that should’ve never been served in the first place.

After waiting in line for 45 minutes behind five cars, I’m writing this review as I sit to wait to make my exit. I’ve been to quite a few Chick-fil-A’s and Even this one many times, I have never seen the staff Ignore the customers so that they can flirt with other customers.
I have never waited in line for 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich. If I wasn’t absolutely blocked in, I would’ve requested a refund and went about my day after about 25 minutes. Most people don’t have time in their day for this. If I was on a regular 9 to 5 schedule, you would’ve taken up my entire lunch while I just sit here and watch your employees flirt.
