I ordered 5, 8 piece chicken nuggets. 1 order of jalapeño poppers. Got to the window and they had put in that I ordered chicken fries. Got mad at me for there mistake. Paid. Asked if they also put on there my jalapeño poppers. Yes. Had me pull up. I waited about 30 minutes. When I got my order, the jalapeño poppers were not in there. Had to walk into the store. They got mad again for there mistake. Will not be back.

I went to the store on Whitten Road Memphis, Tennessee for lunch. I was told the morning manager that they were running a special on Whoppers and the meal today. They changed regular price even though it stated it on the menu board. They ran out of onions. Paid extra for cheese and didn’t get it. Food is too high to not get what you paid for. The morning crew are top tier and have never had a problem. Every time I go for lunch the order is always wrong. I will never buy lunch their again.

Can literally NEVER get my order right. Just ordered no mustard and got ONLY Mustard. I’ve tried to give this place chances for 3 years now and they just neve ever ever can get my order right. They could literally mess up a cup of water. I think the young workers don’t care and the old workers are here as I said job so they don’t care. People having attitudes in drive thru. This is just unacceptable. This business has continued to go downhill, more and more. THROW THE WHOLE NIGHT SHIFT AWAY.

I suppose that I shouldn’t have went too close to closing time. There were no cars in line but mine, yet I still had to wait for my food. I literally live down the street and got home and my fries weren’t even fresh nor hot. Therefore, I am not sure what I was actually waiting on at the drive-thru window. Honestly, it was the second location that I drove to because the one in Cordova stated open until midnight too on Google maps, but there were no workers or cars in sight. I figured this location would be no different because anytime that I have gone at night after 10, they stated they were closed through the intercom. I ordered a whopper combo and had to microwave my whole meal once I got home and saw that it was not hot. This visit won’t deter me from doing future business, I just will make sure I don’t go too late, although it said open until midnight.

After the worst customer service experience at the Sycamore View location where the worker actually cursed at us while placing our order, as if we were inconveniencing him, we came to the Kirby Whitten location and received stellar customer service! They were friendly and prompt! Thank you Kirby Whitten staff for the great and professional service!
