Food quality was fine for what it is, quick fast lunch. However the music was BLARING and speakers are blown. I nicely asked 2 different staff members if they could turn it down only to be ignored. Now I have a headache. Something so simple could have made a huge difference!

I don’t had high expectations for fast food places to begin with but this was bad. The guy at the drive thru was rude. Didn’t give me any sauce and rolled his eyes when I asked for a receipt. Order some crunch wrap supremes and had maybe a spoonful of meat on each one.

Went thru drive through and got 3 tacos. 1 a gordita crunch. It was pure sauce, nothing else. Tried calling 5 times. Nobody picked up. Drive back to the store and went in, and they were so rude. She said that’s how we make them. I ended up getting a new gordita but will not be going back.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could, I don’t know what’s going on with Taco Bell lately and the people that they choose to employ, but it’s like they don’t wanna work. I casually placed my order an hour before they closed coming right off of a long shift at work, only to be rudely told to cancel my order because the employee refused to make the order. No, I understand people getting upset if you place an order five minutes before a building closes, but this is literally an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. It truly disgust me how little they care about their customer service. If you’re not willing to work your shift to the very end of it and not try and close early and be lazy then just don’t work obviously it’s not the right job for you.

The African lady making the food was yelling at the white lady creating a fuss and possessing extremely violent behavior in front of customers trying to eat. I do not like the new machine where you have to type in your own meal. I got very confused and it’s not worth my time. Ultimately I will not be coming back to this location especially due to the aggressive employee. This is Not a family friendly spot!
