This Indian restaurant is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. The chicken tikka masala was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the mango lassi was the perfect refreshing complement. The service was just as impressive the waiter was extremely polite, kind, and attentive throughout the meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!
The feta cheese naan was an excellent idea of Greek and Indian fusion cuisine !
I started out with the onion bhajis which were good, but ultimately not my thing. The dal tadkawali was fantastic (so happy they have my favorite dish) and the naan was excellent (and they even gave me extra, so score).
The appetizer, Achari Mushrooms utilized a small sauce dish with approximately eight white mushrooms. Not exotic mushrooms but plain fried white mushrooms for $9.00!!! The flavour was rather bland and definitely required the two accompanying sauces.
The Punjabi Chicken Curry is probably the worst dish of the evening lacking seasoning both in the sauce and the chicken. The Seafood Platter comprised of a tandoori mixture of catfish, salmon, shrimp and scallops…all grilled and flavoured to near perfection.
The Malai Kofta is a Veggie Cheese Meatball in Yellow Gravy. However, their version consists of a mild onion tomato sauce finished with a touch of cashew. The version served to us was more of a butternut squash soup with bland cheese.
Service was on point and plenty of free parking in a mini strip mall. Based on the high price and the lack of quality, we probably won’t return.
We had the saag aloo, green herb chicken tikka, and garlic naan. Everything was exceptional. The saag was a traditional dish which paired well with the basmati rice. The chicken was a wonderful and tasty surprise. It was light and bright from the citrus and the herbs added a nice depth of flavor. Despite the big pieces of chicken breast it was cooked perfectly with a nice char and still moist.
We’ll happily come back here whenever we get a craving for high quality Indian food.
We got the mushroom and spinach dish. It was so interesting and delicious.
Their sauces are super delicious!
Service was great too.
The fried onion starter was really good too.
Only recommendation to imorove is, although the inside is nice, there are some needed paint touch ups that need to happen and the entrance just dumps you right into the place. No transition area. Just kinda awkward not really a problem!!!
We will be back.
We were visiting this area and this place was a relatively random pick (guided somewhat by Yelp reviews) but we were glad we stopped by. Because the food was quite good even though it was on the pricier end.
We tried the Chicken Biriyani (asked for spiciest version – was reasonably spicy) and kaali mirch tikka (which wasn’t spicy at all, but still tasty).
The only disappointment was the Chicken Keema Naan, which did not have stuffed keema, but was instead stuffed with chicken tikka, and the chicken was only barely there in them.
