Very Rude. Stole our money and gave us very cheap small order instead. They lied about calling to resolve the issue. Haley lied saying she is manager. We voice and video recorded every encounter.

I have watched Haley while she works and she is very fast at making pizzas and making sure that the oven doesn’t get backed up , she is friendly to the customers. She knows how to handle the pressure.

I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and did not get it so I called she said they would replace it I came in when she was putting the pizza in the box and she was picking up a few pieces ar a time it was a mess and on top of that her Condescending attitude was not helpful so here is what I learned she don’t care about her job pizza hut is okay with there employees doing what ever they want and being fake with people calling people hunny while writing there teeth and I wasted my gas because I thought they where going to make it right

A man’s beard hair was covering our pizza & pasta. This was NOT by accident! There was too much for it to be.NO beard net or gloves! Ordered it for 10 family members & had to throw it away! Absolutely disgusting! It looked like pubic hair or African hair. Only half of our order was said to be replaced not both orders! And probably the same man will make them & your food! Don’t go there!!

Everytime I place a order I make sure I add in the special order instructions to cut into squares but for some reason the last 3 times they have not did it so today I called an was told long as the pizza wasn’t messed up then theirs nothing they could do about it . I just don’t get why have the option of special instructions an they don’t follow them ♀️ ♀️
