This location sucks. The girls at the drive through were so rude, don’t know how a chow mein machine “breaks” half way through an order. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through lane. Plus asked for soy sauce they didn’t give me any and only gave me sweet and sour. Asked for a couple extra cookies and EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS SMASHED AND OPENED!!!

Good luck if you do DoorDash/Uber. Waiting 10+ minutes with 10 orders on their pickup shelf. Multiple employees standing around and ignoring when I ask for my order. Staff is not nice here.. the order finally was made and sat there on the counter not being bagged with multiple employees standing around and no line of people to be helped..

I completely love Panda Express and their food. Today I went to order and the young lady that was at the window I could gather. She was not feeling well. However, if you’re not feeling well, stay home wait ordered our food. One of the items I noticed right away that we didn’t get before we left the window. We asked her about it and she gave it to us but then when I got home I noticed another item that we had paid for was missing. I’m not anybody that’s trying to get over on anyone. I just want what I paid for as this is a service that they actually provide. I pay you. Give me what I pay for. It’s simple as that. I tried to call the store and the phone just rang and rang nobody answered. I think that’s bad customer service

Used the app to order ahead and to not have to wait. Instead show up to no order ready even though notified it was ready. Took 5 minutes before some acknowledged me. Took over 35 minutes to get out of there when I was the only pickup order. The workers do not care to assist any customer off to the side. The manager on duty hiding behind in the cooking area more focused on cleaning rather than providing great service and teaching the team they are managing great service.

Steak was red inside onions and noodles were not even close to temp. Tasted like raw uncooked onion. Food not cooked all the way after 30 minutes wait. I had to cancel the bigger plate and leave off teriyaki chicken because I could not wait anymore.

They gave me 1 tiny scoop of orange chicken and 1 tiny scoop of sweet fire chicken. I went through the drive thru which I’ve been warned not to do because they give a lot less food and you can’t do much about it. Its very annoying because you pay a lot of money for it and then when you drive off and get home and then realize they gave you very small portions of chicken and way too much rice.

Customer service was disappointing to say the least. I waited in the drive thru for about 6 minutes to get my order taken when there was no line ahead of me just to be told “I’ll take your order when I’m ready” which I understand it gets busy but it would be nice to know ahead of time instead of me asking/wondering if there’s anyone there and waited for another 5 minutes. On top of that, when I pulled up to that window the team member (Emelie?) was so rude. She gave me an huge sigh and an eye roll when I ask for a military discount. Didn’t even bother to say anything when handing me my food. Terrible service, very disappointed. I hope this gets improved soon.

This is the worst panda express I have ever been too time and time again that I stopped going. Service is the worst as 3 people saw me waiting and all the food was prepared and ready to go and they made me wait 5 minutes before one co worker said you wanna serve food right now. They also are the biggest sticklers on portion size, on a plate they over filled my fried rice on purpose to fit in the holes for the entree to shorten the amount they give, through the drive through they especially shorten your food quantity happened twice now.

Went in a couple days ago, the food was great but the service wasn’t. Miriam is one of the employees that just wasn’t nice, and you could tell she was being rude to her co workers, felt super uncomfortable. This is not the first time i’ve witnessed this. Think there should be a talk with how to treat your co workers especially when costumers are around we can feel the tension and it only makes us more uncomfortable.

This used to be our go-to location. Not so much anymore.
Service is great if you come inside, recently they have Emili (lots of “flair” on her hat) at the drive thru window and she is a poor choice. Unfriendly and doesn’t look like she wants to be there, she appears inconvenienced or put out. She does not smile and she does not interact with customers or her co-workers. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.
Yesterday we came in to get replacement bowls because on our previous visit through the drive-thru was very unpleasant and one of our bowls was barely half full.
Panda used to be known for their great portions. Now it’s almost all rice/noodles. For the amount they charge, most of my meal shouldn’t be the cheapest food and 6-7 pieces of meat. Maybe they only do that with the bowls, I don’t buy the plates.
I like their super greens but they don’t have them prepared often and if I’m getting my food to go, I don’t really want to wait 10 minutes for them to be made. This time my option was rice or chow mein so I got chow mein. Chicken was fresh and tender. I took the picture about halfway through
