This was absolutely the worst Dave & Buster’s I have ever been to. I took my eight-year-old son, who is celebrating his birthday, and he was hardly able to play any game. He wanted to. Over half of the games were broken. After spending almost $100 on the game card, the broken machines still collected payment. I reached out to a manager who Was not going to offer a refund for the credits on the broken machine. He only replaced the credits on my card. I explained to him that there were no games to play with the credits he was replacing, but he offered no other solution. On top of the terrible gaming experience, the bathrooms were absolutely gross. I’ve been to Porta potty‘s at jazz fest in Mardi Gras that were cleaner.I had dinner reservations, there, which I canceled. They were not going to get any more of my money, and if the Food was anything like the gaming experience, I would’ve left furious! thankfully, the city has plenty of other options to eat. I will save my credits on my card for when I travel and go to a Dave & Buster’s That’s clean and nice. Don’t waste your time or money here!

This is my first time at Dave & Buster’s! I brought my son and my nephew, and they had a blast. We ordered steaks, boneless wings, and Chicken quesadillas. The food was impeccable, but out of the games, food and bar the biggest reason that I will return is our server, Reese. She has been so sweet and informative from the time we walked into the bar area. I feel like I’ve been a pain in the butt a little bit and she is just with a smile and giving me tips. I will definitely come back and I will definitely be requesting her. She is an asset to this establishment for sure! Sorry, I took the pictures after we devoured the food. lol.

Games were broken or stuck, bartenders are soooooo slow 2 mixed drinks take about 30 minutes plus 2 draft talls was about 30min wait and not but 10guest. Do better for being downtown NOLA where there’s a lot of business!! Do Better! And please go somewhere else. Might see faster service on Bourbon Street!

My son and I just attended for a Birthday Party and I must say this place still has it I haven’t been in over a year so I was surprised to see so many people there and the best thing my sons old cards still had points and tickets on them they never expired there are happy hour and wing specials we will soon be back
Review could have been 5 Stars easy but the Bartenders were standing around talking to each other while we stood at the bar waiting to be served after making eye contact with 2 bartenders and still no service we walked away came back 10 minutes later and was served.

L O N G wait for food & drinks for 2 people. Our server (I think he was also the bartender) was friendly and attentive, and the food, once it finally arrived, was delicious. Unfortunately by the time my salmon made it to the table, my husband was nearly done with his pasta, which was served earlier. We assume maybe the kitchen was shorthanded on a Monday night, as there were few other diners in the restaurant.

Go for the games. Not the food service.
My husband and I took our kids here and we waited over an hour for food. Waited 25 minutes before initially getting drinks. And then waited an additional 25 minutes after we ate just to get the check. They need to revamp their customer service and get a new kitchen manager.
Will go back for games. But not to eat.

Came to eat & drink but not play lol! After a stressful arrival to the city we decided to grab a bite at D&B! The waitress was amazing! Drinks were on point and the food was delicious! Definitely try the pot stickers if you love spicy food like me!

Chrissy was literally the best bartender I’ve ever met! We’ve been here multiple times and every single time, she’s amazing. She has a great personality. She gave us great recommendations on food, drinks, and games & updated on how long our food would be. Her drinks were absolutely amazing! She should definitely be a trainer or a manager!

I had a reservation and was seated promptly, but the server took over 20 minutes to ask for my drink order. Another 20 minutes, no drink. I got up to inquire and the drink finally came out. Placed an order for a salad, waited and waited, as tables seated after me were getting their food. (As an aside, I was of a different ethnicity than those tables’, as well as the staff’s.)
When no one came, I went up to the hostess. And she copped me an attitude about how busy they were and I was free to leave if I wanted.
So, I did. And I don’t intend to be coming back.
