Absolutely one of the best places – the staff, while busy, are very sweet, kind, friendly, and thoughtful – providing the best tableside customer service for this extremely busy restaurant.
Stopped by here several times during my long distance drives back and forth to the East Coast.
First visit was when I stopped with my sister in tow and the waitress asked us if we wanted some water to-go on a particularly scorching hot day, when it was pushing high 90’s outside midafternoon. We were thankful for her extra thoughtfulness as it completely didn’t occur to us due to our exhaustion at the time.
Separately on a different visit, I forgot my to-go cup at the table and Abigail caught me waiting in line to pay the cashier and brought it out. She was absolutely the best for doing such an unexpected thing and made my experience here a great one as did all the staff that day again while juggling customers during the dinner rush time.
This is my third visit now as I am writing this review, which makes it my fav place to stop by during these extremely long haul drives.
Kyrene was my waitstaff this time and she was very kind as she checked in before putting in the Brownie Skillet order (I tend to eat slower than most). She also even asked if I would like a to-go dinner, which I appreciated but unfortunately had to refuse, as I have about a 8+hour drive ahead of me still and the food may not survive the trip.
Kyrene also saw my glass of coke dwindling after I was working through the dessert and offered immediately to refill. Her attentiveness I extremely appreciated and she even asked if I would like a to-go cup for rest of the trip.
Absolutely loved having Kyrene as the waitstaff for this trip here, she’s a sweetheart and made stopping here again a great reprieve from the long drive and will definitely stop by again during next trip.
Overall, highly recommend this specific Cracker Barrel for American comfort foods and the fantastic hospitality the staff provide – everytime.

I just ordered Doordash and my order was not delivered correctly. I ordered the meatloaf/chicken tender meal, no chicken tenders but the sauces were given. Ordered two fried apples, only one was given and I ordered beignets and they were a no show as well. People pay too much money for orders not to be right. Now I have a mad mother who hates her meal. Thanks a lot. Ooh and my mother said the mash potatoes were hard.

Hash brown casserole Shepard pie was terrible this evening and the replacement one.. No mash potatoes or sour cream was added as menu states…Manager was rude about it,Very careless about the customers meal.. $16.95 …Definitely processed food they heat up.. biscuits were half done…no more for us ..This manager just doesn’t care and he proved it this pm ! I’m glad other customers agreeed with us and left cause no one would seat them, they should be happy about that and went somewhere else and received good food!

We were travelling from NE to MA and as Cracker Barrel is one of our favorite annual stops in Omaha, NE, we chose to stop at this one on the way back to get a to go meal. I chose a grilled chicken salad for $14.99 and my daughter chose two servings of green beans with onion petals. I did some shopping while waiting for the food and there was a very kind woman who asked if I needed a basket. Once I got our food, I paid and took the food to the car. The salad was very small with the wrong chicken and my daughter only received one serving of green beans. I went back in and went to the desk and explained the issue. After about 5 minutes, the same kind woman asked what was wrong. I explained and showed her. My daughter sent a text to forget about the beans as they were not edible. The woman got me fresh grilled chicken and a salad worthy of the price I paid. She was very kind and empathetic to my plight. Having been on the road trying to outrunavoid the snow storm for the last 28 hours, we were exhausted and didn’t need the added aggravation. The woman gave top notch customer service and I appreciate her understanding.

The worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten! The eggs didn’t have any flavor. Everything was cold or overcooked. The gravy was gross! I gave zero stars for the food, first for me. The atmosphere was wonderful as usual. The service was good as well, however as a waiter food needs to be checked before sending it out.

Went this morning for breakfast and was happy that the parking lot wasn’t packed. Ordered breakfast and waited way too long for the amount of patrons in the restaurant. Food finally came out 35 minutes later only to be barely warm. We were too hungry to send it back. Waitress was very pleasant and kept apologizing for the food taking so long.

Got sat and didnt see anyone for 25 min. Placed our order, my food came out cold and watery. Server had an attitude. Husband didnt get part of his order nor my childs, had to take it home and heat it up to be able to eat it. Sad when you leave a restaurant hungrier than when you walked in. Turn around time from going in to leaving was 2 hours and there was maybe 5 other tables seated. Server was at the table to take order, drop order off and drop off check.

Super pleasant and helpful staff! Great tasting food and reasonably priced. Our waitress was new but she was completely on the ball! We honestly wouldn’t have even known if she didn’t tell us. Would definitely come back and would bring friends and family here! A bonus, they happen to have a car show at the quaker steak and lube across the street so we had a great meal and got to walk around looking at the cars after! Great evening!! We also brought our motorhome and there was plenty of parking for that. The store inside is super cute too with a great selection. Amazing experience!!!

Amazing waitress Tracey!!! I can see why Cracker Barrel has been blessed with Tracey for 19 years! Not only was the food excellent, the restaurant clean, it was so busy Tracey never broke a sweat and she kept her smile on the entire time. Great restaurant from the waitress to the food to the lovely cashiers to the awesome merchandise
