Great ice cream-plus restaurant. Very clean, bright with fantastic decor. They have an expansive menu & their staff are the greatest. Their manager is totally professional & runs the place like a ship’s “Captain.” You can tell she has the respect of her crew. Outstanding shakes!

Customer service is good. But the equipment, used to serve the ice cream is not cleaned properly. My family and I love oberwise but we will not come to this location anymore. The stuff doesn’t clean the utensils n ceramic dishes properly. We prefer to drive further or go to another ice cream shop. We experienced this a few times already.

We had an amazing experience at Oberweis thanks to David one of the employees who went above and beyond while serving us ice cream. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. He made great recommendations, gave generous scoops, and served everything with a smile. Don’t expect to see and select your ice cream as you would in an ice cream parlour. This one has a bit of an old-time parlour feel, which I liked. The ice cream tastes great! I wasn’t a fan of the waffle cone/bowls flavour, but those things stood up splendidly and didn’t soften/leak throughout the entire experience (I’d maybe be a bit careful of your small kids’ tiny teeth going at it – test it first).
