I had a mobile order that was to be picked up through drive-through. I received the email saying that it was ready so I pulled up and was told to come around. I waited at the drive-through for five minutes with no one even acknowledging me so I parked and went inside. Once inside I waited a few more minutes before anyone acknowledged me and explained the problem. They finally gave me my food without an apology or even acknowledging that they forgot about me in the drive thru. I could see through the drive-through people standing around on their phones.

Wow! Ordered a simple bagel and cream cheese through the drive thru. Drove to work and opened the bag….a burnt bagel and no cream cheese. I called per the receipt to let them know and their policy is they can’t refund anything through the drive thru even if they didn’t provide the item. The only option is to drive all the way back and pick up the item.
Manager was incredibly rude and dismissive.
Avoid this store-terrible execution of a very simple order and terrible customer service.

Love this location. Love the staff, very sweet and caring. I love their 2 people booth in the corner. It is a perfect place to work from. They have a nice set up for most group size and there is also an electric fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. It is a cute vibe. I love the sip club membership they have!

Don’t go here. They don’t get your order right, then they accuse you of lying about it. I placed an order for pick up from my bed due to me having the flu. My husband comes home with the incorrect order, goes back up there to get it corrected. The manager proceeds to accuse him of lying in front of several other customers. My husband, being the man he is, paid for my bowl of soup. Not once but twice. She’s lucky I have the flu and I wasn’t the one she treated like this.

Food is way over priced. The money you spend on the little bit of food isn’t worth it. You’re better off making the same food at home for less money. Highly don’t recommend

I always enjoy the Panera food. The pick 2 option gives the customer many choices. Foor is always fresh and hot. I love the hazelnut coffee.

Enjoyed my caramel latte and orange cranberry muffin. Neat and clean place. Was welcomed with a smile. They made me the wrong coffee and happily remade the one I ordered. Made my day!

Food service is definitly slipping, just ordered bagels and they were not toasted as requested and 2 expired curdled cream cheeses, all the quality stickers in the world does not correct orders being accurate and expired items not being given to customers. And a splash of cream is not a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. Management needs to step up get a handle on these stores because the quality was what justifies the price of the food. Very disappointed.

I needed to eat my breakfast in the car. I was disappointed that they had me wait for about ten minutes before she handed my order to me. Of course I could see them standing around just talking. Once the lady handed me my order I didn’t leave the parking lot. My oatmeal was dry and cols and the spinach souffle was barely lukewarm. Seriously so this means my order was ready but I had to wait for them to finish there conversation first? I was the only one in the drive thru so you figure they would of just service me quickly. Thanks for the cold food!

Just ordered a Pick 2 and specifically said potato chips for my choice of apple, bread or potato chips. Get all the way back to work to find no chips, only that hard bread. I’m disappointed because the chips where part of my meal. No napkins…smh Love their chips. Won’t be going back to the store on 86th street.
