Good chai and coffee. They were really fast and the drinks were not overly sweet. You can tell it is quality because they don’t overwhelm the flavor with sweetness. The staff was friendly and professional. Worth a visit and way better than the big chain coffee shops. They also have a drive up window.

We go to Mill Mountain about once a week, same order each time. Today we got our order, brought it home to eat and it was absolutely doused in mayo it’s the steak and egg wrap, which I know comes with mayo, but this was an insane amount…. Photos are of only 1 of the wraps with mayo already taken out and how much was still in there.

What a great place. As I am traveling through the area, I stopped in to pick up a gift for a coworker. The two who were at the counter were friendly and knowledgeable about the various “flavors”. They helped me pick just the right items for a perfect and personalized gift basket. Great prices, and I tried the house blend which was very flavorful. Highly recommend.

Great coffee and even better staff. It’s a solid, reliable spot with a good atmosphere. The people working here are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Definitely my go-to Coffee shop.

I recently took my each of my kids here 3 days in a row. Each child ordered the same seasonal drink and it was different every time. Quality control and consistency is mediocre at best. Service was slow and at least 2 of the 3 cups were sticky because of sloppy attention to detail. Additionally, the coffee I ordered for myself tasted anything but fresh – it had to have been several hours old. Mill Mountain Coffee is a far cry from the nice coffee house it was 20y ago. The atmosphere is still nice, but food, drink, and service has taken a nosedive.

The location is beautiful and the staff are mostly attentive. However, my coffee was deeply burnt and the baked goods are stale + made with low quality ingredients. I wanted to branch out from my usual spot (RND) but it was a mistake!

A decent coffee shop. The baristas are generally friendly and the hot brew of coffee is good and the iced tea is decent also and priced fairly, each cup dine in gets one refill.
Can be a little busy sometimes and finding seating can be a pain sometimes especially if you have your laptop as many people come here to get on their computers or chat for a while.

The internet at my airbnb blew up so my husband and I came here to do some work. This is the second Mill Mountain Coffee I’ve been to and I much prefer this location! (The Salem location serves hot coffee at lava levels). Not sure if the baked goods are made daily but the scone I got tasted like a big ole cookie. I ordered the holiday “Caroling Cooler” drink and they were nice enough to switch it to a hot style coffee. It was served at perfect temperature so I’ll definitely make this my primary location!
The only reason I rated this 4 stars is I feel like there’s a lot of room for improvement atmosphere wise. If customers are ordering in, we could be given a mug instead of a to-go cup (saves plastic waste!) Some of the lights were flickering and looked like they needed changing, and even though I loved the awesome custom chairs, some of the padding looked torn and could be replaced. Coffee itself tastes great though!

Hit this place for breakfast for a friends wedding weekend! The setup is adorable. The coffee list is huge. I got the home fries & a bagel with cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Delicious!!

The only reason I’m giving the second star is because the lady at the window was really nice. Over $6 for a simple latte and got about 10 oz of fluid.. At that point throw some water in that cup and call it safe. I got like 10oz , call me COOKED.
