SLOW AND WRONG! fast food nowadays OSS expensive. 34.00 was spent on two orders of wings and things and it took 30 minutes for my food to come out and still be wrong! I had to ask numerous times for my food to come out hot because the first time it came out cold. The last time my food came out it looked tossed in there and i just gave up. Horrible. I will never come back here. Thank you to the young man working the drive thru and another young lady that was completely helpful. But the cooks in the back don’t know what they are doing. It was close to closing time and they were ready to go so they gave multiple people anything. That is so wrong. I could’ve taken my almost $40 that i spent and went somewhere else! Awful experience!

Took this photo as soon as I opened the box and realized I was skimped on the fries and sauce for the wings. Ordered a wings and things and it literally looks like a small handful of fries, not even enough to fill a kids meal fri. Most of the fries flat and crisp like scraps. The sauce on the wings is nonexistent, almost dry. 16 dollars wasted. Do better.

Location is right off the highway and easy to find. Service was a bit slow and they had four cars pulled over for drive thru. But food was hot when we got it so we were satisfied. Staff was polite and helpful.

I’m sitting in the drive-through right now and the young lady that was in the window had horrible customer service. The young lady in drive through was rude not only to me but the staff helping on the outside. Of it wasn’t for her they could do much better!!!! The food was good, nice and hot the young ladies that were out front and took the orders. They were pleasant, but it took that one young lady to get upset when we let her know something was wrong with the root beer. Due to the customer service, I’m less likely to return

This Zaxbys was definitely better than the Locust Grove zaxs. Went Friday evening around 5 pm. Drive thru was a little busy but inside was pretty much empty. Yes, we waited for a while to get our food but at least it was hot. Zaxby’s vs. cane’s in McDonough GA. Zaxby’s Wins easily. Zaxby’s vs. chic fil a in McDonough GA. very close but Zaxby’s Wins again. Zaxby’s chicken fingers plate with seasoned fries, bread and Zax sauce.

Clearly Zaxbys don’t really know how to cook chicken cus this chicken is uncooked. Slow down(we know it’s fast food) but folks will get sick from uncooked chicken. Ya’ll trying to be like Amer. Deli across the street getting sued for uncooked food?? This food cost too much to serve that plus this is the amount of fries given(hard and cooked more than once). When a business closes down it’s because the workers don’t care enough because they don’t own the place. Corp needs to step in because this isn’t gross. I tried but cleverly other bite was hard and crunchy meaning cooked too fast. Check the other reviews. We’re all not lieing

This location was terrible. AC was out until halfway through the meal so it was hot. The tables were gross. When my food was ready nothing was said. I had to go up and ask after others that came in after us were getting theirs. So, no telling how long it was sitting on the counter. Large fry was the size of a normal fry. Little to no seasoning on fries. Figured that was coimg so I asked for extra on the side. Had to ask 2x because they forgot to include it in the bag. Pass on this location

Mobile order – the food was ready when we arrived but you can tell nothing was fresh. My fries were cold (yet burnt).. so cold the cheese didn’t melt on the loaded fries . We also had a boneless wings and things, the bbq boneless wings legit had a drip of bbq sauce . I’ve been coming to this location regularly since I moved over here but I’ll travel to willow lane moving toward the food has steadily declined at this location.

Customer service was fantastic. I’m a manager in customer service myself so I definitely take note of it every where I go. I was ordering for the first time in years and didn’t really know what to get. The manager took my order and kindly helped me with figuring out everything I wanted. The cashier at the window was also very nice. I had to pull forward to wait on my order since everyone wanted this place for dinner on a Friday night. I get why now! I waited for an impressively short time and our food was exactly how we ordered it. Even the guy bringing out my food was super sweet! I will absolutely be returning.

I ordered the chicken quesadilla at 12:20pm and did not receive it until 12:29pm. I inquired if the quesadilla usually takes that long. The crew member didnt understand my question and I explained that I never ordered the item before and he said no. He said that it usually takes about 2-3 minutes. I didnt understand the wait when sever customers after me received their order. I was not offered an explanation.
