Better than expected for a small diner attached to a gas/convenience store. I was staying in Fruita, right across the street.
Golly, the Cinnamon Rolls are larger than my head, and yummy too! Everything I ate over 4 days was cooked to perfection…. eggs, potatoes, waffle, bacon, French toast, crepe… all great.
The sweet servers were especially kind and I felt like a local. Thank you.

The food was good but when we got the bill seemed odd so I told my husband the gratuity must already be added we then asked for a itemized receipt which wasn’t given to us before she gave the price and there it was the charge was 1.00 more for our food and we got biscuits and gravy with eggs and meat. 16.50 we was charged 17.50 then we got “fresh orange juice” that came in a jug that just said fresh orange juice small was 3.50 large 4.99 we was charged 6.00 and given a small cup. When I brought it to the waitress attention she stated the orange juice that’s fresh squeezed has always been 6.00 and I showed her menu price. The manager was new he didn’t know how to do a refund but offered cinnamon roll but we just got few pieces of bacon. But that’s not the kicker the waitress been doing this she argued with him on why he given food to compensate the extra charge and he stated “it was the right thing to do” she got very mad and still had words about it she thought we had left cause my husband walked away to get ice when she came from the back and realized I was still there she looked shocked . So make sure there menu prices is updated and get a itemized bill before paying and make sure your togo cups are priced right and right size. Ty

The food here is amazing and especially their sausage burrito. Coming from Denver, I’ve had some amazing green chile in the surrounding areas but this burrito was one of the best ones I’ve had for a local spot and I even had the burrito, El Diablo style which is green chile and country gravy. I highly recommend it as well as the cinnamon roll which was bigger than my damn hand the whole thing was very soft and tasted pure!. Overall the food is great and the service was great as well!

And interest by spot attached to a gas station convenience store. I might not take a prom date here but I’d take my mom. Good solid food with fantastic service. And a sticky bun was basically handed to me walking out. I guess it was part of the meal but they had me with a great hobo plate of all sorts of stuff. Eggs, ham, onions, green peppers and a few other things. Stop by for a good meal and some gas!

The location in Montrose is fantastic, been there several times and will always go back, so when I saw the sign for this location I was looking forward to another good experience… no so much. Server was friendly and got the order right.. the food took nearly an hour to come out. The food quality was meh, just ok. The place was not especially clean. not terrible but not somewhere I would go again, a Wendy’s drive thru would have been preferable.

I gave this a 4 on the food, because it is a dirty trick to hide raisins in one’s cinnamon roll french toast! We had a lovely waiter (Trenton) who was good natured, and referred to us as “dorks”. Most people may not like that, but he is kind of right. Would definitely come back. In passing, we mistook this place for a greasy truck stop restaurant. We were wrong.

Hard to believe I ate any of it. Great menu,but probably the cheapest food service company food you can get sloppy execution as well. They brought my bacon avocado omelette without bacon or cheese. Might be sort of Okay until the manager or whoever she is came over to argue about everything. My waitress was great, food,experience,coffee,and definitely price were ridiculous. Highly recommend avoiding this place if you like taste or value!

Let’s start with the fact that the omelet in the description in the menu states, “The biggest omelet that we’ve got. It’s stuffed with a diced 6 oz. steak, hash browns, sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. To finish it off, we put more tomatoes, steak and cheddar cheese on top” , my hashbrowns were not inside my omelet but beside it and not fully cooked through, there was no tomatoes, steak and cheese on top just cheese to hide that the outside of the omelet was burnt, onions and green peppers and mushrooms had not been properly cooked before being added and were crunchy, definitely not 6oz in what I counted to be 7 cubes of steak,and the crepe was to thick to be a crepe that was served with it. The gravy is NOT from scratch no matter how much the waiter wanted to argue the point including bringing me the bag of MIX while arguing it was from scratch in the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits tasted old and dense. Absolutely will never go back or recommend half ass cooked/ burnt food and argumentative clueless waiters to anyone I know, that’s for sure. Didn’t even finish my meal. Worst breakfast in fruita I’ve ever had.
