We eat a Panera in Eagan several times per month. The food is great and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My wife wishes the world offer other breads with the soup other than the baguette. Over all a super place to eat and the prices are comparable to similar restaurants. The staff is super friendly. Kevin who works at the counter really makes the place great with his welcoming and positive attitude.

Good food and good ambience. In store app is also too good with a very user friendly interface, only thing is screen is very small. Good ambience with lot of space and very good lighting. Unlimited Sip is one of the main attractions. Though quantity is very less, everything tasted good.

Panera has a wide variety of healthy food. They have a rewards program to earn discounted or free menu items. I receive coupons from them in my email/text. My favorite items are the Asian chicken salad and butternut squash soup. I really like that I can customize my salad. The bakery items are so good. The customer service is always great.

First time visiting this location. I pre-ordered my salad to be ready when I came in. I am unable to carry my tray due to a broken ankle and on crutches, so I went to the counter to ask the young man to bring my salad and a glass of water to my table when it was ready. He was very polite and said if I needed anything else, to let him know.
I enjoyed the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad and it was very delicious.
Thanks to the crew for an excellent visit.

Appreciate the drive thru at this location! Service was fast but they did forget part of my order and I had to go back:/ From my view, the cleanliness of kitchen could be better. In my picture you can’t even see all of the food on the floor. Not a great visual and it is a tripping/slipping hazard for the staff. Soup was nice and French baguette was slightly over baked.

Hope you’re not hungry! We ordered a 4 person chicken noodle soup and man if your family is on a diet these portions are for you! Just not budget diet, cause at 20 bucks I think I would have rather donated to the local food shelf! Pics for proof, split 4 ways it fills a normal cereal bowl about 30 to 40 percent. The soup was 80 percent broth. Panera is know as not too expensive but more pricey then other places around here, I think I’ll stick to the other places.

As Panera ages some locations have gone downhill. This location is as bright as when it was first built. It’s clean, bright, well stocked and well staffed. The manager was extremely sincere, kind and accommodating. It was clear he took pride in his store and in serving its guests.

Good food, but always double check your bag. About one out of every three times I eat here they mess up my order. But they are always good about fixing their mistakes if I go back in.

Panera in Eagan just isn’t what it used to be. Years ago, it felt fresh and a step above fast food. Now it seems like most of the food is prepped somewhere else and just assembled on site. It doesn’t taste freshly made like it used to. You can tell the difference. There’s less care in the presentation, and the texture of everything feels more processed or held too long before serving.
Prices have gone way up too. A simple lunch can cost as much as a sit-down restaurant, but the quality doesn’t match. The food is still alright, and it’s convenient if you need something fast, but it doesn’t feel like a good value. Other reviews mention the same thing—Panera moving away from freshly made food and leaning into a centralized kitchen model. It shows.
Overall it’s a 3 out of 5. It works in a pinch, but it’s not something to look forward to. Used to feel like a better option. Now it’s just another overpriced chain.

Y’all are a disgrace to the French onion soup lovers community. Nothing? No bread? Not even crumbs? My cheese slightly on the side?Just onion? Get ahold of yourselves.
