The usual nighttime clerk is rude my order has been wrong on almost every occasion I ordered chicken nuggets to try them out and received very burnt nuggets and had to go back to get them remade. Having any modifications seems to mess up everything and getting things remade is always met with attitude

I ordered a Cheesy Toasted Bacon burrito for $2.29 and requested additional cheddar cheese for $.80. I ate almost half of the burrito and tasted no cheese, at which point I documented the rest of burrito with some pictures. The last bite had a tiny bit of cheese. At no point in this dry burrito did I taste any nacho cheese
At which point I turned around and drove back to the restaurant and went inside to address my disappointment with the quality of their product. After showing them my documentation, they completely ignored my documentation, denied my issue and claimed the burrito had the proper amount of both nacho and cheddar cheese. Even when I told them how dissatisfied I was with the way their product and how they handled my complaint, they simply just didn’t care and wasn’t interested at al,l about trying to make any of it right.
The customer service at the Tualatin Taco Bell was grossly negligent. Taco Bell needs to care about the product they put out AND how their employees interact with their patrons.

Story time!

Late evening out at a show, need a snacky snack before heading home. Roll on into the Taco Bell for a taco with the lady.

The line isn’t long in the drive through so we go to order. They are out of green sauce, so no green bean burrito, that’s strike one.

They don’t make a gordita any more, offered us a chalupa in lieu, apparently that’s fried, no thanks, that’s strike two…

We complete our order and ask for “a lot” of hot sauce. I see on the order board “8 hot sauce” and I figured that would be enough. After the 8 minute drive home, we open the bag and there are five, count them, f.i.v.e 5 mild sauces in the bag. Is that “a lot?” Maybe to someone with none it’s “more” but not a lot… Is it hot sauce? Nay! I say, Nay… it is neither “a lot” or “hot sauce.”

I managed to subsidize the paltry helping of mild sauce that is almost ketchup with some packets from a prior Taco Bell visit in my “packet drawer” in my home kitchen. You all know the packet drawer, it’s the one next to the “junk drawer” above the “door that holds “the small appliances my spouse uses once every 5 years just to prove to to me we really needed it, and still needed it so don’t donate it.” So in the end, the Taco Bell night was not lost.

Good, quick, happy service, we got a smile from the girl in the drive through.

I used to like this Taco Bell (I rarely eat fast food), as their food is much better than Wilsonville, where there’s about a TBSP of meat on a taco. My husband and I were on errands and decided to eat in. You have to order via the kiosk, which is no biggie. The person who served our food (she appeared to be the Supervisor) was downright rude! And when I brought my soft taco back to the counter for the extra lettuce I paid for, it was rude with a dirty look!

Not related to the rudeness, the tables and booths have been replaced with toddler furniture. It was bizarre. ???

The Crunchwrap artistry here was average, fillings only decently balanced and tortilla haphazardly warmed.

Staff was delightfully cheery, and presented me my beloved Wrap in a way that made it taste a little finer.

Laying comfortably on the “basic-to-bare-bones” scale.

I have gone to this location several times and I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt that accidents happen but they ALWAYS mess up my order! EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have stopped going because its a waste of time and I would suggest many of the other Mexican food restraunts in the area they are better and won’t mess up your order.

I ordered four chicken chalupa supremes and a nacho belgrande with jalapenos, chicken, steak, lettuce, and pico de gallo. What I got was a barebones nacho and two crunchy tacos. But they made sure and charged me like I got all the extra stuff.
