I stop here regularly in the mornings since it’s around the corner from work. I love the staff, so friendly and awesome!!! I just wish the bacon would come out like it’s supposed to – warm & crispy with some of the sugary yumminess…

While my stars average out to three, I’m keeping them at 2 because the most important part is the food, and I really found it just…not very good. I had a drip decaf, which was okay, and a loaded hash browns, which was terrible. They were warm, but were so salty I could hardly taste the potato. The cheese sauce was clearly the fake stuff. I think the bacon was real, but I didn’t eat it or more than half of the potatoes. I also got a bag of Munchki s– one of each kind. They were a bit dry, maybe because it was 10:00 a.m., and all flavors had a strong artificial taste, especially the blueberry. I don’t remember the food being this low-quality in the past but I don’t come often, so maybe I’m just forgetting.
The cashier was friendly and professional, just right, but the overall professionalism of the staff needed work. A man behind the cashier was eating in full view of the customers. He was clearly on the job, not on a break, which was so unprofessional and possibly unsanitary. The store was clean and pleasant enough, but I doubt I’ll come here again.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this warrants at least a mention.
The workforce in this store needs to get their act together. I was ordering through the drive through, being lactose intolerant, I needed a milk alternative. They were out of everything. But when I ask the worker says, “Well you can’t order any drinks completely dairy free so.”
I just responded I would take my donuts and not get a coffee and THEY JUST DISAPPEARED??? So I pull to the window and they say a random high total. I said, “Oh no I just have two donuts.” To which the workers rolled their eyes and just handed me the box saying, “Here this one’s on me. I have a line now thank you.” With a snobby tone.
I will not be back to this store. What is wrong with you people? It costs $0 to be nice. AND YOU GET PAID TO WORK THERE??

Ordered delivery, coffee and hot chocolate was great as always but the assorted donut holes we ordered (50) all came in blueberry covered in sprinkles. The adults are not big fans of blueberry, and sprinkles do not taste very good. The basket was adorable and my daughter got a treat. I was very disappointed this is the first time I’ve had an issue with dunkin delivery and we have ordered from several different locations while traveling. I wouldn’t have spent the extra for the basket and delivery had I known it was going to be something no one really wanted.

Would rate 0!!! Door dashed this morning and they made everything wrong! I ordered an iced matcha and they printed the sticker out but were too lazy to make it. It takes 5 minutes I used to be a barista. My refreshers were entirely syrup and when I called about this issue they hung up! Disgusting place and won’t ever be back!

I always go to this dunkin and this last time I guess I placed my mobile order wrong and didn’t realize it never finished going through until i got to the window, and everyone was super helpful in correcting it even though they were busy. They always make my drinks perfectly as well and they’re super friendly!

I really just called corporate on this store. I won’t be back. This is the 3rd time …there is always something! First time I ordered a cappuccino and got regular coffee, 2nd time I ordered vanilla in my latte, no vanilla, this time I waited at the drive thru for 5 mins, with no one else there. No cars out front or in line. Why even open!!

I had a really great experience about 20 mins ago. Not sure if they were short but the lady that got my order had really nice customer service. The food was great! Who says that for DD? Definitely prepped with care and donuts were super fresh. I visit from FL and this is a great new spot when I come.

Great Dunkin’ ! We stopped by on our way to Arrowhead Stadium! Coffee was amazing as always, donuts were superb and overall anytime your at Dunkin its a good day. Not your typical KC pregame stop, but for us it’s a must and the Chiefs go the W too. Can’t go wrong here! ENJOY! 😉
