Stopped by Firehouse Subs today and had a great experience. The girl making sandwiches in the morning was super nice, and I was honestly impressed by how fast and competent she was. She made my sandwich exactly to order and it tasted fantastic, perfectly toasted and fresh. It’s great to see such friendly, high-quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Stopped for a quick bite. This was my first visit to a Firehouse sub location.
Floor was a little dirty, but it was near closing time and staff was actively cleaning.
Service was quick and staff was polite. Sandwich took a little longer than I expected, but worth the wait.
The Hero had ham, turkey and roast beef. What impressed me most was the generous portion of meat on the sandwich. Bread was fresh, lettuce and pickles were crisp. Cheese was warm and melted.
All and all a very good sandwich, it put the other popular sandwich shop to shame.
Being a previous first responders, I appreciate the fact that they donate to first responders to help save lives.
Will definitely be back to Firehouse Subs!

I completely forgot how much flavor they can pack into a veggie. I ate the first half of the medium-sized sandwich without any hot sauce and enjoyed bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomato, but the second half was covered in Sorensen, a sweet, ketchupy, BBQ sauce, while the bread was also soaked with Cholula.
When I arrived at 12:20 PM the line was 8 people deep and it took some time to get to the front but I believe the wait will be much shorter outside lunch hour. I ordered a medium veggie on wheat, was asked if I like a pickle, my sandwich “fully involved”, if I want to make it a combo, if I want to round up the cost to the next full dollar for a good cause, and finally what my name is. All ordering was very smooth and the cashier didn’t lose a single step when she heard my name. I was pretty satisfied and am still debating if 5 stars would be a more fitting rating.

I ordered in the app for the first time and got my favorite sub, the Cheesesteak, and customized practically every ingredient on the sub. I didn’t want the pickle or mustard and I wanted light on a few items and I added jalapeños. Usually with customized online orders I run into the problem of the majority of it being wrong. But Firehouse nailed every single thing I customized! I was extremely pleased with that. And the quality of their subs never fail. I definitely recommend trying them or the app out if you haven’t yet. And you get a great deal for ordering in the app for the first time!

Never order doordash from here. Never. All three times it was messed up. No napkins, no utensils, either chips wrong or not delivered, but if you in, whoa favorite sandwich. Bar none.

OMG!!!!! This sub was extra WET, SLOPPY, AND MESSY!!!! The bread was totally mashed-up and the cheese nearly hanging off the sub!!!! Horrible experience! Would I eat here again???? Not!!!! I rather eat a kids meal at McDonald’s….
