Very disappointed with my most recent experience. Staff was disengaged and clearly wanted myself and others out the door rather than provide good service. My burrito was split in half and they clearly tried to wrap it in hopes i wouldn’t notice and when I asked for extra chips with my queso I was told “I already gave you chips” and the lady at the register turned her back. Extremely rude and disappointing experience. Was unable to enjoy my meal and had to throw half my queso away with no means of eating it.

This is our second time we’ve stopped here and both times, Anthony was working. He’s awesome and an asset to this location. Welcoming, big smile, and efficient service. Hopefully he can be recognized in some way. Sophia was great today, too. Thanks, guys!

Only ate because I had to charge my car but I would never eat here again. First time eating here and the employees expect you to know everything. Super rude. Man this place was extremely dirty I cannot believe that no one has said anything about it. The fountain drink machine was a mess straws trash sticky. It was gross. The restroom was even worse. There was just trash everywhere trash and crumbs

Lunch time was empty and only 2 employees on. Chips were less than half a small bag when it used to large portion. I keet getting the feeling that this place isn’t going to last long

Stood in line for 30 minutes as our food got cold. Food tasted fine, but by the time they finished the prepped food it was cold. Additionally, had to wait for them to cook onions and they “used their last box of mushrooms” that night and had no more. Our food didn’t get cold waiting on onions, it was from wwaiting for them to get it together. They had one mode–slow.
It was dirty. Food on the prep floor and chips all over the floor, counter and mixed with the ice holding the few cartons of milk. Portions were quite skimpy because they were out or running out of onions, mushrooms, and steak that I knew of.
Wouldn’t recommend it. The line is always long no matter the time of day. Think they need some better management.

The food wasn’t so bad but they were stingy with my portions; I had to pay extra just to get my other scoop of protein choice, asked for lettuce and got no kidding around 30 pieces of it shredded and had to pay extra for that. The lady taking my order was hesitant to put the meat I asked when I said I wanted more after I was given a literal half scoop, the guy who rang me out was cool though

Friendly family restaurant. The employee are always screaming “welcome to Moe’s”. Very clean dining area especially considering how busy it was. Ingredients looked fresh and they never stopped cooking and replacing them as needed. Saw them cleaning the SALSA BAR multiple times. Yes, salsa bar. If you didn’t know, they have one and it’s free for the taking. 4 stars for the whole place and a bonus star for the sweet tea. Bangin!

I went to this Moe’s on September 30, 2022 around 2:30 pm. I wanted to order 2 burritos. I asked the lady if the burritos were on special and with a raised voice she replied “Do you have the app?” I tell her no and continue to place my order. So, the first was extra steak and with a raised voice the lady replied “That will be $3 extra” and i said fine. The second one I first asked if they had spicy chicken and the lady said no, so i continue to order the burrito with extra adobo chicken which the lady replied in a raised voice “That will be $3 extra. So after her raising her voice for no reason I tell her I will be back. I leave for 10 minutes come back and try to order again and this rude lady asks me if I’m really gonna buy this yime because she just wasted 2 soft shells. I tell her she wouldn’t have had yo waste them if she wasn’t so rude. So then she refused to serve me. I took out my phone to take her picture and she hides behind the register and then walks to the backroom. She comes back out and tells me to exit the building because she is not serving me. And the tall light skinned mixed guy working with refused to serve me also after the lady told him not to serve me. I later found out she was the manager her name is Bree, which she also refused to give me her name or the corporate number. Worst management, service,employees I have ever encountered. They will never get my business again unless they get new management. Very disappointed

I had stopped going there for a while due to bad service and food. Decided to give it another try recently and my wife and I were very happy we did. Food was fresh, Food area, kitchen, and dining area very clean, and employees were very polite and friendly. Best Moe’s experience ever!
