Went here for a brunch with my husband and my mother in law. They seated us immediately, the waitress, Morgan got our order for our drinks and our food after. Everything was good, but my favorite was the steak tips with hash brown and eggs. They were able to attend to us properly. Will eat here again 😉

Well, I got here and got seated immediately, I waited 20 mins for a server to come by and ask for drinks, proceeded to take 5 mins for 2 waters( mind you been here 25 mins for water)
Came and took our order, very disorganized,couldn’t even take our order on the tablet because she didn’t know how to work it. Proceeded to be very slow, got our food 45 mins into being there( maybe 6 tables filled). Love the food but won’t be returning till staff is fixed.

Had a lovely service, a young lady. Had a sweet tea and one chocolate chocolate chip pancake. One hour after I felt stomach pain. Another 30 minutes passed and I had thrown up 6 times. Food poisoning. Don’t know if it was the pancake or the sweet tea but I’m dying.

My husband and I stopped here after a doctor’s appointment. We didn’t think we were in a hurry, but when we checked the time, we realized we needed to leave pretty much immediately. We told our server (didn’t catch her name) that we needed to leave, but we still would wait for our order. She went and told the kitchen and we had to go and we had our food within 5 minutes. Thanks so much for great service! Also, the Togo containers are great and very convenient! Food was divided so the pancakes didn’t get soggy!

I have eaten at this IHOP twice, and both experiences have been below par. While the first visit was much better than the second, I’m not sure I would dine at this location again. My second visit was awful, as I was seated at my table and waited 15 minutes to even be noticed by our server, Righli. Righli served us in a very disorganized manner, and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. It took her so long to bring our waters to us, and she barely checked on us during our meal. She even lost her pen while taking our order and started digging through her hair for it. I am very disgusted by her demeanor. I would honestly like a refund for my experience here, and I pray that better, more professional and qualified staff are hired at this location, as it’s clear that the wrong people are being hired.

Our experience at this IHOP was extraordinary: super friendly service, granted our “extra wishes”, food was awesomely delicious and very quickly ready after we ordered it. Can only recommend. Also: chairs, tables, restrooms were very clean. Keep up the good work!

I wanted to take away stars because I couldn’t get the “trade” Pan Coins function to work and ended up just paying for my meal, but I’m realizing that is a Corporate Issue and I need to take that up with them. It was very disappointing though.

The waitress I think Lynda was magnificent! It’s like she could read my mind! Everytime I went to look for a waitress, she was right there, Before I could call! And she kept everything clean and very professional and respectful! I’d go again just for coffee to get the service!

Service very slow due to under-hire. Hostess tried to seat my party of 5 in a booth for two, had to correct that. Food was very good. Waitress was very good, but dreadfully over worked and spread too thin.

Though they were packed, we didn’t wait long and was able to sit and enjoy our meal. The service was wonderful and they made our food pretty fast as well.
