If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat in the drive line for well over 30 minutes, if I wouldn’t have already paid in the app I would have left. Finally get to the window, the guy hands me my drinks and then hands me ONE bag, mind you I spent $55. He knew good and well $55 worth of food was not in the bag. So I had to park and come in and get the remainder of my food that was missing. This location hasn’t always been the best but it’s getting worse and worse each day I don’t know how they’re still open but we won’t be going back after this.

Don’t let them fool you about the new Whopper. While it may come in a box and paper dressing, it’s terrible. Along with soggy fries. Nothing has changed with their poor quality of food.
That was it for me, If you promote a new and improved product, it should live up to the hype. Disgusting!!!!

We went through the drive thru on our way to an event at the Berglund Center. When we went to get our food the person who helped us immediately caught that one of our drinks was wrong and fixed it for us. After we pulled away, and got to eat our food, we did end up getting the wrong sandwich. Our order number on the reciept was different than the one on the burger, so it was the wrong item, not just made incorrectly.
So, just double check your order before pulling away from the restaurant.

If you have half the day to waste then this is your place. 30 minute wait just for drive thru and hear multiple excuses. Excuse 1: computers were having issues. Excuse two: only two people working, yet you pull up to the window there’s two in the front, one filling ice and cooks in the back. Just be honest and tell people sorry we are letting staff go outside to smoke and talk on their phone instead of making them do their job.

Other than a little bit of a wait at the speaker. Everything was seamless, moderately warm (so perfect for a toddler). Tish is just the best. You can always count on her!!
