The absolute worst location and it’s not corporate owned. I’ll drive 30mins to go to the next closest one from now on. Issues are as followed; no idea what I cupcake is, cold fries every single time, somehow ran out of spoons and now a DoorDash order. This location refused to even write Happy Birthday on a cake due to it being ordered with DoorDash. The DoorDash driver even asked if they would write it and was told no to order it from them directly. Did it ever occur to you that maybe I couldn’t pick the cake up myself and take it to the location? I have had it so reached out to corporate, but apparently this location is not corporate owned so zero help. Go somewhere else

Tried ordering a cake for my sister’s birthday by DoorDash. Ended up with an empty cake. The dasher really tried and asked them if they would simply write happy birthday or even her name on it to which they replied it had to be ordered by them… then how would I get it delivered? The DQ where I live will let you pick a cake from the freezer and they will write on it if you need a name because it takes two seconds…. I ordered this right before they even opened the store so the “cake lady” or whoever does the cakes should have even been there to take care of it. Incredibly lame on this Dairy Queen’s locations end. My local Dairy Queen will even add color to a cake already made from the freezer. This one gives out blank cakes for birthdays. Won’t be making the mistake again, this DQ will never get another dollar from me or my family when we are in town to visit.

We don’t go to Dairy Queen a lot but we went tonight and I ordered a s’mores blizzard. Not even filled to the rim it was 3 “ from the top. This photo I hadn’t even taken a bit of it yet. So disappointed, Dairy Queen is not cheap. I ordered a medium this could have fit into a small cup.

Ordered cake online. Was told they are unable to make the corporate designs because they don’t have a cake decorator. They could have at least stuck with the color theme of the cake ordered. Had to redo it at home. Poor communication.

Felt the need to write a review today based on what my family and I experienced tonight at Dairy Queen. With three little girls and 4 grown adults we stopped by for dinner and then ice cream following. The sweet girl running the front of house I believe her name was Madeline, deserves all the praise! She was running around working her little tail off with so much personality, friendly and wearing a big ole smile even through the craziness and all the chaotic busy restaurant shenanigans. My husband and I gave her a tip just to thank her for all of her kindness and hard work, her reaction made any sort of wait worth it. We don’t know what kind of day you were having before you went into work and it being crazy busy but we hoped to shed some light on your chaotic night at work. From the restaurant family ourselves your hard work and devotion didn’t go unnoticed tonight from our family, we appreciated you! Our food was great, service was excellent and restaurant was in fairly good shape considering the crazy conditions tonight.

Oh man I do love me some Dairy Queen!! They have good hot dogs, in fact they lost their fifth Star across the board because for some silly reason they, as a good hot dog place, don’t have relish for their dogs! Silliness! I will say that their ice cream almost makes up for no relish.
Had to update my review of this DQ. They have no relish still and have no plans to carry any, pure madness!! The place is getting dirty, the ketchup machine is always empty of has no cups to put the ketchup in. They are hit and miss if they have supplies needed. No hot dogs one day, then no bananas the next…. And when the do have bananas, they don’t understand how to make a banana split, The bananas go under the ice cream and toppings, not on top of everything!! And keep the bruised bananas to yourself! Don’t serve them to me!! Such a shame. They forgot how to train their folks.
