Food is just ok. Service ‘s good Friendly and did a good job. However food waiting time is too long for small clam chowder dish with cup of chowder.
Restroom is very clean.
Paid Parking in fisherman wharf area. Free 2 hrs street parking couple blocks away.
Sorry to leave 3 stars even with good service and food is not bad. Just because i think they need to improve more to have customers come back. Price’s upscale compared to Pier 39 in San Francisco.
For lunch yesterday, everything was delicious. They have a big menu with lots of choices. The Jumbo Coconut Prawns with chunks of sweet mango were crispy and wonderful, the Goat Cheese and Beet Salad was excellent, and the garlic bread was crunchy, tasty and fresh. Special thanks to our server, Jorge Ranilo, who was superb—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He made our visit especially enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent seafood, great service, and a beautiful dining atmosphere. Be sure to check it out!
We ordered 3 dishes and the chef gave us 1 complimentary appetizer for free. Turned out, the free dish, which is calamari, was the best one.
The other 3 was just okay. We ordered one crab cake, clam chowder in a bread bowl, and chicken ravioli.
The crab cake was small compared to the the price. The clam chowder in the bread bowl, which costs $2 if you want it in the bread bowl instead of regular bowl, was not tasty at all. Too creamy. We couldn’t taste the clam at all. We all agreed that this was not the best clam chowder we have had.
The chicken ravioli came with garlic bread. The garlic bread was too salty and dry that even my son, who really loves garlic bread, refused to eat it. The ravioli, on the other hand, tasted quite good.
That’s all. No comment on the staff though. I’ll let you know in secret that some staff were friendly and nice, but some looked quite grumpy.
Paella – shrimp and octopus were fresh, but it should not be soggy
The best dish that we enjoyed is the fried snapper.
