I had a great experience at Starbucks recently. The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the store itself was very clean and comfortable. It was also fun to see some nostalgic throwback items available for purchase—it added a unique touch to the visit. My coffee came out very quickly, even with a few modifications, and the team handled my requests with pleasure and a great attitude. Overall, a really enjoyable stop, and I’d definitely recommend this location for both the service and the atmosphere.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a Grande Protein Matcha and I’m not sure what we got, it was more powder and thickness than coffee. Very disappointing and usually have a decent experience at this Starbucks even if we have a long wait lately. I know it may get busy there but please put more care into making the drinks. Thank you!

This Starbucks has such a gorgeous design, and it’s especially beautiful at sunrise. The team here is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome. Even though Starbucks is a big chain, this particular store feels special. I genuinely love coming here — it brought a lot of lovely moments to my journey.

The only reason I’m giving it a low rating is because people (customers), for whatever reason, love to double park at this location. They park right in front of the door—behind properly parked cars—even though there are spaces not 20 feet away. At least 3 times I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes for people to move their car so I can leave. The service is always lovely and the employees are friendly, but I avoid this location now because of the double parking.

Top notch, 10/10 experience. I write this hearing the in-store Whitney vibes of ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’—and honestly, I feel like dancing.
My internal clock is still on East Coast time, so I am wide awake at 3:45 AM. While the motel office is skeptical about the hours, Google Maps and your 4:00 AM opening save the day. I load my card with $25 because I am not just looking for caffeine; I am looking for human connection and a hit of morning dopamine.
The ‘Welcome In!’ feels genuine. When my Sausage Egg Muffin comes out a bit too crunchy on one side, I feel an apologetic hesitation about asking for a fix, but Alan handles it with total grace. His smile turns my hesitation into a ‘winning at life’ moment. To top it off, as a 50-year-old man rocking a MrBeast hoodie, diving into the mystery of the gift card promotion feels like a real adventure. My belly is warm, my Venti is delicious, and I am deeply grateful for the hospitality.

Stopped by on a Sunday morning in February for a quick bite and coffee before a day of hiking. The place was clean with plenty of parking, plus it is a very convenient location. It was bustling with both locals and visitors, all want to get their coffee fix. They have drive through pick up as well.

Normally a good place for service but at 6am no one is awake I guess. One gentleman said he would help is in a moment and then walked away to stock coffee right next to us and didnt come back to help us with our order. Waited for 5 mins at the counter until another sweet girl saw is and helped. Grateful to her for her help and prompt polite service.

Used to come in all the time for coffee. One day, asked for a cup of water as I’d already had too much coffee for the morning. The staff refused – ” water is only for paying customers” is apparently now their policy.
I’d bought coffee there twice that week and was only there to meet a friend that, himself, had just bought a coffee. Well, their call but I haven’t bought a coffee from them since. I know they don’t need my business and they certainly will never get it again.

I have never had a complaint till today. Went to grab my husband and I some food/drinks. All usual things we get every single time. Today we got a un-mixed matcha that wasn’t sweet and tasted off with a unsweet cold foam on top. We then noticed there was a giant Crack on the side of the cup that slowly spilled out onto the tray onto my seat cushion. We also got a regular latte with oatmilk for my friend who has a serious dairy allergy – turns out it was made with regular milk. Then my lemon loaf was still on the plastic bag in the brown deli bag. I understand not warming it up but really that’s poor service just to shove a unprepared loaf still in its original container. Do better starbucks.

For context, I am from Seattle where there are many options especially for coffee/beverages and snacks (Starbucks every ten miles max but also many other/more local options for cafes with coffee and other drinks like bubble tea, matcha..). I go to Starbucks because I am sometimes on the road (including for work) and they have a GF snack I can eat (potato cheddar egg bites) and most cafes have *no* GF options for food except maybe yogurt. I also do like their ristretto shot lattes/mochas.. the coffee beans they use for espresso is a darker roast which I like. I don’t understand all these cafes (JT Coffee Co. here, for example, but it’s many popular cafes in Seattle as well) using medium roasts for espresso. Yes it’s higher caffeine but so gross and opposite of Italian style, origins of espresso.. and I don’t understand why people like it but they must (JT coffee Co is going strong years later, for example..).
I have been coming to this beautiful area for vacation at least once a year since 2020. I love love the vibe, scenery, how quiet it is.. and it’s a short flight.
The Starbucks cafes in this area are all extremely slammed and short staffed from early/mid January. I understand that it doesn’t make economic sense for Starbucks to open more stores due to long slow season in desert areas.. and the priority of Starbucks management/corporate is the bottom line above all else (customers or staff) so I don’t expect that this is a problem that will be solved anytime soon. So I try to make my own coffee drinks for most of the the days I am here visiting because I feel bad for the staff who should be paid more considering how slammed they are all day.. it makes me feel guilty and like I’m part of the problem.
