Really great Lebanese food – good for families.
Super yummy food with lots of flavor. Want to go back and try more !!
FRESH pita and sesame bread being made in the outdoor stove. So goood.
Large portions, good indoor & outdoor seating for groups, and plenty of parking.
No alcohol
A baklava sweet tooth was given when the receipt came

I don’t often grade 3 stars but why not? I ordered shakshuka which is an exotic egg dish made with a hearty tomatoey seasoned sauce. I got served scrambled eggs with diced tomatoes. I ate it as I like eggs generally speaking. Honestly this dish was a complete fail.
Regular french fries were served hot and crisp but a little over salted but good enough. The other dish we had was shrimp which looked good too. Free piece of baklava dessert was amazing. Nice touch. Another disappointment was the waiter disappearing at the end. Attentive staff especially when it’s non peak hour would be nice. I don’t like having to walk to the front desk to ask for my check. That said, I think the place is worth going to but hopefully you order a better entree than I did.

Hayat’s Kitchen delivers truly authentic, beautifully prepared food in a fantastic setting. The open grill/shawarma adds to the experience, and the outdoor seating creates such a great atmosphere. Every dish we tried was a 10/10, and the desserts were next level—spectacular from start to finish.

This place is actually our go to for Lebanese. The only complaint I have is the inconsistency. We usually get the feast for 2, sometimes it’s huge, sometimes it’s not as big. Sometimes they bring us tea in a little tea pot, sometimes they give it to us in a big fancy one. Sometimes the food is sooooo good. Sometimes it’s okay. We come often as it is good but I think it would be perfect if they could master the consistency of everything. Love this place but I wish it was consistent.

Wonderful food. Service wasn’t having there best day. Wasn’t sure if they were just short staffed It showed they were bothered when we needed something. I think it was just an off night.

⭐️ 1 Star — Looks good, but not worth the attitude.

Hayat’s Kitchen might look like a great spot from the outside — and honestly, the food that went by our table looked delicious — but good luck getting past the surly servers to actually enjoy any of it.

We brought a bottle of wine with us, exactly as we were told we could. We had even called earlier in the day to confirm, and the person on the phone said it was totally fine to bring our own wine. But after we sat down, suddenly it was “absolutely no alcohol allowed.” No explanation, no apology, just a flat refusal delivered with attitude. When we tried to clarify — politely — we were met with more dismissiveness, as if we were the problem for believing the information their own staff gave us.

At that point, who knows what the real policy is? Clearly, consistency and basic customer service aren’t priorities here.

The food may look great, but with service this unfriendly and contradictory, it’s just not worth it. Plenty of places serve amazing Middle Eastern food and treat their customers with respect. This isn’t one of them.

The real star of Hayat’s Kitchen, of course, is the food. Every dish feels like a celebration of tradition, prepared with love and respect for authentic Lebanese flavors. The **mezze platter** is a masterpiece—smooth and creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanouj, crisp falafel, and vibrant tabbouleh that bursts with freshness. The **shawarma** is perfectly seasoned and tender, wrapped in soft, pillowy bread that melts in your mouth. Their **kibbeh** is exquisite—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly spiced. The **grilled lamb chops** are cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with just the right amount of char, paired beautifully with saffron rice and roasted vegetables. They have a great lunch spread. They have vegan food, pescatarian, and omnivore selection even if you haven’t had Mediterranean dishes yet. The pita bread could have been served without the plastic bag from the store. The baklava dessert selection is very good too but not for honey allergic persons. definitely authentic Armanian food. Will have to try other dishes there

Very good food. Recommend you try it!!!

We had the Vegetarian Combo Platter with hummus, baba ghanoush, tabouli, grape leaves, and falafel.

The hummus tasted mostly fresh and quite good.

Loved the tabouli!! I would go back just for the tabouli.

Liked the baba ghanoush, but it was a bit lacking in flavor. I’ve had better. The grape leaves were excellent! Well balanced flavors. And the falafel was very good. Not greasy and very tasty. Flavors you will crave.

We also had the chicken and beef kabobs. The chicken was a little overcooked, so it was a bit dry, but the flavors were very good. The beef was not the best quality, but still very good. I recommend both, but wish both had been juicier.

The garlic dipping sauce was excellent. Would prefer more garlic, but it was very good.

The pita was very fresh and very good.

The pistachio baklava was excellent. Very flakey. Makes you want to come back for more.

The staff was very friendly and nice.

Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. A nice dining experience. It gets quite busy.

Pretty small parking lot and limited street parking in this area.

There are a lot of Lebanese restaurants in this area and I recommend you try this one for yourself. Bring a date.
