What a joke! I walked in and asked for a ham/turkey salad which is my go to if I do Subway. This girl said it will be lunch meat and not cut. I explained they usually cut it up a bit. She stated she is NOT required to cut it up. I asked if she would mind, she was not about to budge and absolutely refused. She said she could provide me a knife and I can do it myself. The size, this is a $10 salad…lol..mind you this is after I asked for a bit more lettuce as it was nearly empty. The kicker of the entire joke was asking me if I wanted to tip. Are you kidding me? I have to go home and finish making the 1/2 salad that I got. Not sure what it is, but this particular location is horrible as compared to any other Subways that I go to. I recommend avoiding this location if you want your moneys worth and some good service. If you are in the area, take the time and give Rumors a call for takeout. At least their salads are worth what you pay. In addition, the next joke is the receipt. It says if any issues to call the 800#. You call that and it refers you to the website contact us section. You go there and there is only frequently asked questions. I guess that is why they get away with this. Had to start an account so I could at least leave a review here.

I live in rice and often come her. This subway always has fresh bread and vegetables. Overall their service is very good and they all have very good attitudes. I recommend this subway to anyone looking for good and healthy food!

Had Sean make my sub tonight and quite honestly it’s the best sub I’ve ever had. And I’ve had subway for years. That man can make a damn good sub. Hopefully he can make me my sandwich next time I stop in. Great job Sean!!!!!

Ordered from the Subway app. As the payment was processing the app said “bag empty” but the payment showed processing thru my bank. I called the store and they said no order for me has been received and there was nothing they could do. Told me I needed to call customer service. Good luck with that – you go thru the menu and then the number disconnected. Today I look at my bank account and the payment ran twice. Find another fast food place to order from. Not only does the app not work, the store refuses to help. I did reach out via email but we’ll see if I get a response.
