First of all, I will never in my life eat here again. Yes the food is good, but the service is horrific all because I’m white they treated me bogus made me wait an hour and a half just to get a cup of milk snapped at me because I sat down and I’m a diabetic I needed to eat because I just took my insulin. Had to wait another 45 minutes for my food we come from Wisconsin we were in Alabama so we still have nine hours to go to drive home and this is how me and my daughter got treated to eat here at IHOP. Disgusting God does not like no ugly. We will never come back here and you shouldn’t either. They’re very prejudice against white people.

Well Breakfast is usually early
The bird does not get the worm at this IHOP. Unfortunately it seems like employees are hard to come by as the store does not open for near 45 minutes after scheduled start time.
There was only one worker and she was doing her best – I hope she was Not the manager and then I hope she was. Because one, she was working hard enough with taking orders cooking and bringing the order – then, I hope she was not because the hiring process does seem to be streamlined – at all.
This was my 1st visit here as it is right off the Eway of I40 into Memphis – so it will not be my last as I wish to give another try.
Maybe not with such a early breakfast though. Go through for lunch maybe.

I will never eat at this place again. The waitress’s service was terrible. My order took too long, and no one ever apologized for the delay. She brought my food reluctantly, almost throwing it on the table.
They didn’t bring me my entire order. I asked for a spoon and they told me they didn’t have any. From what I saw, all the waitresses are the same except for one older lady who seemed to be friendlier. It was the worst restaurant experience ever. I’d rather go to Denny’s.

Well first of all , being located IN the Petro truck stop the service NEEDS to be a WHOLE lot faster as truckdrivers are on a VERY tight schedule. The crew here is sparce to say the LEAST. When a waitress has to leave the floor to help cook is unacceptable. Corporate MUST take measures to increase the staff !!! I was here the day after Christmas and the waitress was very nice and service was good and coffee WAS plentiful !! THIS TIME ??? NOT at all. Had to flag her down after 30 minutes because she was doing 10 or more other tasks instead of checking on customers. Not her fault – CORPORATE !!! When the food came it was good and hot on a hot plate. My wife omellet was oily for a veggie omellet. My country fried steak was blan and the supposedly 2 eggs was barely one. Not worth the $14.99. Pancakes WERE good!! There were several seats available but the greeter told one couple there would be a 30 to 35 minute wait . why when seats were available. Walked in at around 12:30 and it’s noe 2pm. Good thing I’m not in a hurry or a truckdrive. HIRE MORE STAFF !!! NOT REPLACING THE ONES YOU HAVE BUT INCREASE THE NUMBER !!! You will see much improved ratings when you do.

Terrible experience at this IHOP location. The waitress was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I sat down. She wasn’t friendly or attentive at all — it honestly felt like she was doing me a favor by taking my order.
When I ordered coffee, she literally threw the creamers on the table and handed me a dirty cup. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was awful.
To make things even worse, when it came time to pay, she made a sarcastic comment about the tip in front of another customer, which was very disrespectful and embarrassing. I always tip according to the quality of the service I receive — and this waitress didn’t deserve a single cent. I still ended up paying the tip, which I honestly shouldn’t have done.
Horrible service, bad food, and zero professionalism. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

When I went here this was my first time. Not kidding. The waitress that served us was awesome! The food was very good. My friend had a strawberry shake and absolutely loved it. So, in short I recommend going here.

We were going to dine in. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, and there were a few empty tables. We sat at our table another 20 minutes, waiting to be asked our drink order, what we wanted to eat. It never happened, so we left.

Horrible. Food is ok if anything it’s a nostalgia thing. Service sucks no matter what time you go and even if the place is empty the service still sucks.
This is now edited. The manager Frediona really took care of us and showed us great customer service and top notch food. Me and my wife will definitely be back.

Need to give a shout out to this location. All the staff are on top of their game. All displayed excellent customer service. Fredeona was especially outstanding as a one woman show for the morning shift. She waited tables, worked the counter and cooked the food. She did all this faster than some ihops that are fully staffed.
