Came here being hungry and angry. Day was ruined and then I even got mad at manager for completely no reason. Apparently his name is Tim and I want to say that he was extremely polite and understanding to my bad mood. He was not rude back at all and about 10 minutes later I was sitting feeling like a dumb about my behavior. At the end I brought a sincere apology and guess what… He was immediate with his response… Which was a gift cookie!:) High class. Professionalism at its peak. Bravo Tim. Apologize again.

Jim is amazing! I ordered pick-up and they got my order perfect! Yippee! The Pick 2 deal is great, and their chocolate chip cookies are fresh and yummy here! Everyone loves Panera at the office. Keep up the great work Jim at the Factoria Panera. I’m going to miss this location once I move! Other Panera always get my order incorrect . Super location.

I have visited this store last last month. The food quality and service was fantastic on the cloudy Friday. Asiago and soup were way better than my expectation. After coming back last weekend, I see why people buy meals from this store. I may not buy soup and salad or sub from other store when comparing the quality and taste.

It’s a Panera same as most. But service was good! Our picky eater had some high maintenance special requests and they were very polite and accommodated him. There is a cool little seating area out in the mall courtyard too.

I always pre-order my drinks in advance because I am in a hurry for work. More than half of the times it comes wrong and they have to completely re-make it. The food prep team looks at me in disbelief when the order comes back wrong, and doesn’t really take accountability. I always have to gamble if my order will come out right before work even when I pre-order to this location

Self serving, healthy food and beautifully presented! Inside the Factoria mall and has out of the restaurant mall view seats! It was a pleasant experience my friend and I grabbed a light lunch afternoon.

Delicious!! It was a pretty full restaurant being connected to a shopping centre.. but still had quick and friendly service. Had a Cobb Salad and a French Onion Soup/Asian Chicken Salad Combo. So good! 4 star because the ambience wasn’t as pleasant inside with the mall noise.

The staff was all very kind. They greeted me, ensured I got my (correct) food, and seemed genuine when they told me to have a good day. That seems kinda basic, but these days and in the PNW people are pretty cold– so the care I received today in the 30 seconds I was in this store was quite refreshing. Thank you.

There’s nothing egregious about this location, Panera is just overpriced and a little mediocre in general. I like that the nutrition info is built right into their online ordering. They make a few decent dishes but their bread never tastes fresh, and most of their produce is pretty flavorless. At least it’s healthier than a lot of fast food options!
