This place sucks at answering the phone. They must have it on silent or just unplugged in general. Ain’t no way you’re letting me sit there for 15 min straight without answering. What could be so important. People are rarely walking in. You should at least tell me to hold but you just never even pick up instead.

I ordered from this place for delivery. After 2 hours of trying to call with no answer and no pizza I my house I drove to the store. No one even tried to help me. Only to find out the young man working was the only one working and two delivery drivers who didn’t do anything. My 2 pizzas sat on the shelves with every other pizza and ice cold.
I’m not sure who runs this store but it is horrible.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by the great staff, After waiting 1 second to pickup my pizza at the register a gentleman with the coolest mustache asked for my name and handed me my delicious perfectly made pizza
Thank you !

Sadly I won’t be ordering from this location ever again, last night we ordered two pizzas and breaded chicken. The driver only arrived with one pizza and the chicken, she was very nice and didn’t know the order was incomplete said she would run and get it. I called the store to let then know we were missing a pizza and that sadly the thin crust that had arrived was cold, we don’t even live far from their location. I went on to say that by the time the driver came back with the second pizza that it would be cold too! So the girl over the phone who never provided her name said they would remake the whole order, that was nice of them and the right thing to do. Went to heat up one of the pizzas today to find a long hair baked into it, not sure if it was on purpose… because last when I called to tell them what was going on the girl who answered the phone wouldn’t give her name. When she answered I asked who I was speaking with, her answer was I don’t give out my name… I was like well never heard that one before. Your dealing with customer service how could you not say hello my name is and thank you for calling Domino’s how can I help you?! (Which is how all other Domino’s answer their phones) Not in any moment was I rude, my family didn’t need to eat at almost 11pm or have cold pizza arrive. The driver Tammy was awesome great customer service, she was a sweet heart and went above and beyond. Sadly this store needs some training..

Ended up having to pick up our order 45 minutes kn because of president in the area and they were very nice the food was hot and since it took forever I said we would eat in the car so I was given plates and cups. However the brownies were burnt fully and we didn’t notice until we made it home.

It’s 1:30pm school holiday. It’s a very slow day for dominos. Oct 5th in Davie/Sunrise FL. Ordered carry out 40 min ago and they still didn’t make the pizza. They are not even serious. They are blaming each other, saying one person here but there are 2 people which should be enough. These crew are very irresponsible and don’t want to admit it.

Ordered pizza (chicken, bacon, onions, peppers). Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Took almost an hour. Pizza looks nothing like the pic online. Minimal toppings.
For the price, I’ll go back to Blaze. More toppings, same price, and a lot shorter wait time.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered two pizzas in the store and sat to wait. As I waited I watched the cashier (blonde female with quite an attitude) put on a pair of gloves at the pizza prep station, pull out her cell phone with her gloves hand, type something on her phone, put it back in her pocket and went right to grabbing the shredded cheese and spreading it over a pizza crust the pizza prep staff member (young male with loose, black wavy hair) had prepared for her. After putting the pizza in the oven she proceeded to go about boxing up and delivering items to the front counter to give another customer. She provided plates and cutlery, and then returned to preparing pizzas all while still wearing the same soiled gloves. Simultaneously, the male staff member was steadily preparing pizzas without gloves. Needing something Absolutely disgusting. After putting the pizza in the the reefer he went to retrieve it (grabbing the handle with reefer with his ungloved hand), and went right back to making pizza with no gloves and without washing his hands. When I brought this disturbing conduct to the attention of the manager, Deshaun, the other two employees having overheard my complaints, made the gesture of washing their hands (though it looked like the female was making like she was washing her gloved hands!) And then the male staff member returned to the pizza prep station, pulled out his phone, propped it on a shelf at eye level and went right back to prepping pizza without gloves and his hair flopping around. This is the nastiness that gets people SICK! Our cell phones are filthy and handling them while preparing people’s food is downright disgusting and it didn’t seem to matter much to the manager or employees. Food safety re-training is a must at this location. I cancelled my order on the spot and went to the Domino’s at 1943 N Pine Island Rd, Plantation, FL 33322, it was a 180 degree difference and I was happy to give them my patronage.

Attempted to use our Slice The Price fundraising card here. They took the order, then called to say we were outside delivery area. We went online and placed the order (now unable to use our Slice The Price card) and magically we were somehow now in the delivery area.
Called the store asking for a refund of the lesser of the two pizzas (which our Slice The Price card is for) and they refused, stating we ordered online.
When I explained that we ordered over the phone first, the management team was full of excuses of how the address was entered wrong and we must have given the wrong address.
Sharing our pic of the Slice The Price so others may take advantage but maybe consider a different location!
