Ordered big cheese bacon burger -minus cheese, potato cakes, loaded Italian and Mac and cheese. Received burger with cheese, potato cakes burnt to a crisp and soaked with grease, a deep fried turkey sandwich and cold Mac and cheese. You only got the two drinks right. Enjoy the last $25 You’ll ever get from me. EDIT: don’t bother filling out the form in the comments. No one from their team reaches out.

I went through the drive-through and at the lane I was in the man told me to please wait a moment. He took care of the person that pulled in after me in the line next to me and then when he was finished, he proceeded to tell me that my lane was closed and I would need to re-enter and go in the other lane. Needless to say, I went to the restaurant next-door, which was Wendy’s. The lane should have been clearly marked and why did I have to wait for the person in the other lane when all he told me was the lane was closed. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered our food at 8 ok took 5 mins to take our order. Then get to the window and given our drinks and asked to pull ahead for rest. We did not get our food till 8:30.. we get home with our food every order of fries was burnt and cold. Sandwiches were cold. Like they made them and sat while everything else was done. No apology for waiting so long. Why were we waiting so long while other cars were waiting 5 min tops??? Never again!!!!!! $ 63 for burnt cold food!!

Not sure what’s wrong with this specific location, but they slice their roast beef, SUPER thick—to the point of it being ridiculous.

The employees at this location need to do a better job. I ordered a large curly fry and my mom ordered a small. The small had more fries than the large. Such a rip off. I also asked for 3 pepper sauce and they gave me horsey sauce.

Pretty bad spot. Took 10 minutes to get my order and then another 12 (yes I timed it) to get my food. Finished a small drink while I waited. Ordered a wrap and got a sandwich. As someone the used to work for Arby’s, the management and employees need a serious overhaul of how to be efficient.
