Staff is very negative and rudeness at drive up windows cahrged me 1. Extra for one more green sauce would not tell me tbe price of the order, at speaker made me wait to speak at window. The person with thr headset on changed the venue price from the board two dollars more and I got no add on ended leaving without the sauces

Drive through. Took one bite of the carne asada burrito that was bland and the only meat was on corner when we opened the burrito. Opened the burrito because the carne asada taco I ordered was strange and didn’t look like any I’d ever ordered from any other restaurant. Didn’t have the normal toppings or cilantro and onions or just meat. Maybe the melted cheese in the taco is just how they make it. So that’s why we decided to open up the burrito and take a peak. We threw it all away. Maybe it was just a bad day but I won’t be going back.

I get breakfast burritos grub Hub to my house at least once a month since I work from home, a couple times I didn’t get any green sauce and I was a little bummed, so I asked in the special note section to please remember the green sauce. When my bag arrived it was extra heavy and was worried it was the wrong order…but opened it to find a note, lots of green sauce and an orange juice. Super sweet and great customer service. See attached photo. And yes my chorizo burrito was delicious as always!

We used to love Burrito Boy, but this location at Valley River Dr. keeps disappointing us.
When we order, it’s for a family of 5, and 3 of them are teenagers who can pack it in. I understand that drive-throughs can get stuff wrong on occasion, but literally the last 3 times we’ve bought food from this restaurant, they get it wrong. They put sour cream on a burrito that we asked for NO sour cream, so of course my son wouldn’t eat it. They missed a couple of items that we ordered, etc. I get it. This happens. They are having to go so fast to get the orders out to the drivethrough that they miss stuff. The problem is that they take offense if you let them know they messed up, We just want to get the food they missed or messed up so that my kids can eat dinner.

I’m always kind if I ever make the effort to get the food that was messed up or missing. I’ve only on 3 occasions called them back. The first time, they said just let us know the next time you come through, and we will give you a credit. The next time, they said they had to see the receipt and were quite rude about fixing their mess up. Well, this last time was BAD. My kid literally did not get any of his food. We were also missing 2 bags of chips, and they messed up my taco. I called to let them know that I’d like to just drive back to get the food that was missing, and they clarified what was missing again.

When I got there, I went inside to pick up the food, and the guy was extremely rude. He ignored me for a long time before coming over to give me the food. He then gave me the 2 items I posted pictures of, no toppings, and no chips. There should have been 2 fish tacos with the toppings on the side, just a regular crispy taco with regular toppings and 2 bags of chips. The guy tells me, “I remember I made them for you.”
I tell him, “Well, they didn’t make it into my order.” He says, ‘I know I put them in there!” Multiole times I said I came back because we didn’t get that food and just repeated “No, I put them in there.”

This guy literally is telling me that I’m lying. I could not believe it! Like, I want to drive all the way back to get some free chips! Really?!!! I could not believe this guy was telling me I’m lying. My kid is at home waiting for his dinner, I skipped eating my food to run back to get my kid’s food, and this guy tells me I’m lying! Like, I enjoy leaving my dinner with my family to go get some free chips!
I asked again if he could please just give me the chips and the toppings for the fish tacos. I didn’t even say anything about that nasty beef taco (it looked disgusting and clearly was missing all it’s toppings) And this guy insists that he put the chips in my order. What the actual ….? This guy has doubled down on this idea that he remembers putting the chips in my order and doesn’t want to give me the food I just drove back for! How utterly ridiculous!

I just want to get the food for my kids and go home. We rarely eat food out these days, and when we do, it’s for the convenience because we are exhausted and don’t feel like cooking. This was not convenient.

Anyways, the dude gives me one bag of chips, not 2,, and the toppings for the fish taco, after getting tired of me continuing to tell him that, in fact, we did not get the food he somehow remembers putting in my order, 1 sorry fish taco and that sorry beef “taco”. I wasn’t going to argue anymore. I just couldn’t believe he would treat a customer that way. I was shocked.

We will make sure to not go to this Burrito Boy on Valley River Dr. again. Whoever owns this franchise needs to train their workers about customer service. I was very upset to be treated that way. I do not appreciate being told that I’m lying.

It took over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get food. Food was overpriced and not great. Then, I had to return because they forgot to add my bag of chips. I only ordered two tacos and chips and salsa. – how do you miss that? The service was not fast. When I went in to get my bag of chips, not one employee even acknowledged me standing there. I will not return. They will not get my service again.

I ordered a Oregon Burrito for lunch this afternoon and the asada was burnt and crunchy, pretty much inedible. I threw 3/4 of it away. I honestly would have returned it had I not been on my lunch break and ordered it to go. You just lost my business moving forward. Been going to this place for years. since the first restaurant on 99. Enjoy your freedom!

If I could leave 0 stars i would. My Dad and I pick up breakfast here 1 or 2 times a week for years . We had a problem with the wrong order a couple years ago . Talked to the manager lady and she was so rude kind of like she is all the time but we figured she may try to make it right but didn’t even apologize so we didnt go back for some time . We decided to give it another chance 6 months ago . Same exact thing happened and the same miserable manager in the same horrible mood she’s always in was impossible to deal with again. So no more for us .
