This was completely disappointing. The pizza was undercooked, with most of it being raw dough—about 95%. The crazy bread was overbaked, so much so that the breadsticks shrank to half their normal size, lacking fluffiness, and were as hard as rocks. It all tasted bland. The nacho cheese was cold, and the marinara sauce (i.e., crazy sauce) was lukewarm.
I ordered three pizzas—one sausage, one pepperoni, and one cheese—and two orders of crazy bread. Only the cheese pizza was somewhat okay to eat. The whole order cost nearly $40 for everything, not to mention they had absolutely no drinks. Plus, I was the first in line, yet waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and still didn’t get what I paid for in the slightest. Kinda annoying and a total waste of money for ordering out fast-food, especially since their “hot and ready” claim was pretty much way off.

I am beyond angry and upset.
I ordered 2pizzas online through my mobile app and I was thier on time!! Now I dont care how busy you get you do not serve customers pizzas that been sitting for a long time in the oven getting over cooked or the pizza sat out in the open for hours. when I pulled up to recieve my pizzas I did not think to look at them right away because every time I ordered through them the pizzas were freshly cooked and were soft. When I got hom as seen in the photos the pizzas were horribly tough,the bread was overcooked and heated,the sauce was runny,and they used OLD cheese because it was beyond tough to bite into,the cheese was also burnt as seen in photos!! I will be going back tomorrow with a huge complaint and calling little ceasars corporation.

I pulled up to order at 8:52pm and was told they are no longer taking orders and that I would need to play an order online. Again if you get too busy to keep up then close. There is no reason that I should be told 30-35 minutes for just cheesy bread. It sounds like laziness to me as someone who has worked customer service since they were 16. It is not professional and it gives the company a bad rep. If you want to stay in business do better!

Don’t know if this place has new owners or what but they need to change the moto to “Sit and Wait” instead of hot and ready. 10mins sitting in the parking lot for the lunch combo only to have the guy wave at me out the drive through window to walk up and get the pizza myself. Will go somewhere else for mediocre pizza since the convenience has left the building here.

Old white guy that was in the back making pizzas needs to adjust his attitude before coming upfront and talking to a customer. Asked for a fresh pizza since last time I came the pizza tasted like it had been in a warmer for at least an hour. He shouted these just came out 2 minutes ago. See pictures. We tried ordering on the app. Google said they were open, the app said they were open. We placed our order and drove to the store. They were closed when we got there and it looked like they had been for awhile. They were supposed to be open for another hour. Never got food but they charged my card.
