I arrived to Burger King pretty late one night—just looking for some quick food. When pulling up to the speaker, the person let me know he needed some time to get back to me. As I pulled around to the first window, I learned that essentially the entire place was being run by him and him alone, from cooking the food to managing both windows.
The order was perfect, I was happy with the quality of the food, and honestly, I don’t feel like I had that long of a wait.
Before I pulled away, I asked the gentleman what his name was and I promised I’d give him a five star review.

I think this is the third time in about 15 years that I’ve had breakfast at BK. The first two times the shortening in the biscuits was stale which does NOT taste good. The biscuits were also too crumbly. Touch it and it falls apart.
On this visit they are still crumbly but taste fresh and flavorful.
The menu deals displayed on the windows are marked “out of stock” at the kiosk so I ordered sausage biscuits which can be considered “value menu”. I received instead sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. Free upgrade, I did not tell them. These are more filling so I took one home. I ordered to stay, but received the items in a bag instead of a tray. This happens at a lot of places.
Place not busy. Pretty much deserted.

The place has come a long way! We used to have poor service and not so great attitudes from the staff, but the last few months it has really turned around! Guessing new management. The manager that has been there lately has a great attitude and seems to really care about the place! The other staff is much nicer and the wait time is a lot quicker than it used to be! Kudos!

Somehow the top bun was badly burnt. Store #25282. 05/26 order idAAAFKMYLAGC3. Not impressed with this order at all. One star. I never go to this location. Will not return. I had the whopper with cheese. I bet it was in the warmer for a while. But the burnt bun was the worst. You know when putting the mayo on, this was noticed. Yet it was still sent out to us. I was craving a burger, and it was pretty untasty. Guy at the window was great.

This is my first time going to the Burger King in Magna. Mind you this is my first impression. When i placed my order, the app mentioned my order was ready, upon arriving, i was never greeted. When i was acknowledged the gentlemen said “what are you here for”. I understand the establishment was busy however, this is not the way to treat a customer. I received my order 10 minutes later and even then i saw another gentlemen bump into the gentlemen that was assisting me and the utensil they use to scoop the fries FELL on the floor and they picked it up and brushed it off and continued to use it. Did not wash it or grab another. I checked my order and receieved 2 medium halfsies instead of 1 medium halfsies and 1 medium fries. I went back to the counter and informed the gentlemen who had helped me and he very annoyingly said “Fresh fries will be out in 2 minutes”…. I waited 20 MINUTES before i recieved my fries, at this point there was 5 people standing in line. One of the employees was dining at the establishment and asked the older gentlement working if he needed help and he said “that would be great”, however the off duty employee had no uniform so just ran to the back and grabbed a hat. While i respect that, the employee never clocked in and helped off the clock which he should’ve clocked in. All while waiting for my fries, a young lady clocked in and i thought GREAT maybe someone can finally help me or the others waiting. No, she clocked in and did not acknowledge the whole line of customers behind me and very slowly started working again prioritizing drive through. The older gentlement made a call to a customer with an online order and seemed to have been going back and forth and towards the end said “Listen you can come for the burger now, however, I need to get back to work.” Excuse me?? And also was on the work phone and could be heard saying “I love you”. There was a rush and this person was on the work phone making a personal call. Mind you this is all happening while i am waiting for my fries. He acknowledged me and said “I’m sorry” and soon asked me what do you need. I mentioned “I am just waiting for my medium fries.” The older gentlement told the rude gentlement can you take care of her? But there was no communication and no help to be seen. After those 20 minutes of seeing the enployees prioritize drive thru orders and seeing fries go out, i spoke up and told the employee “Excuse me can I please just get my medium fries, I have been standing here waiting for only the fries for the past 20 minutes”. Finally the rude employee who had been helping me this whole time bagged some fries fries and handed them over. I arrived at Burger King at 6:07pm and walked out at 6:40pm. By the time i arrived home my whole order was cold. This was by far the worse experience ever and will not be returning. I might’ve well should’ve told the arriving customers to not waste their time or expect to wait 30 minutes for service. All of this because my hard working husband and I never eat out because we try to save money but he was really craving some Burger King and was already starving. So much for our date night.

Highly recommend! If you want extra pickles, ask for Brandon.(if he’s working) and he will give you so many pickles!! The staff are the best!!! Get the desserts. The apple pie is amazing

Not the best experience. Cashier that took the order wasn’t on his A game. I felt like I couldn’t dine in. Lol I still did. The food was good. A little on the pink side, but we had just finished a few hours at the junk yard near by and we were starving.

I highly recommend this particular Burger King in Magna. The service I receive and the consistent high quality of the food keeps me going back. I have been going to this Burger King for almost 4 years now at least once a week on my way to work and they just always do a great job!

The food is pretty good, when they get it correct. Majority of the staff are super rude, only about 3 are really good. Manager sucks, couldn’t care less, always out of food.

The Burger King itself is new. The inside is modern and clean. The soda fountain has a limited drink selection. But you can add a few flavors to the drinks.
Now for the bad. The counter lady had a cold or cough. She kept coughing into her hand and then bagging people’s orders. For this reason alone I will not be back.
We used the ordering kiosk which completely confused the staff. When the order was done the lady kept calling a number which the ordering kiosk doesn’t give. Finally other employee called are name for the order. Of the 6 burgers ordered they only screwed up one.
