Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Courteous, nice, and professional staff, who paid attention to every detail of my order and the restaurant was clean! I mean seriously, it was all right down to the exact number of sauces I requested… and then came by to check on me! Gotta give a shout out to the management that trained this team, and also to Jonnell & Dali who really stepped it up! I’d hire them in a heartbeat – so keep up the great training and promote them!

I went to Taco Bell by UTEP. I saw the manager Herman walk in and slap an employees butt. he laughed when my husband confronted him. There was trash all in the lobby and when I was in the restroom I saw an employee come out and not wash their hands. I was shocked. Our order was wrong TWO times. Never going there again.
