To be completely honest ,the time to get the drinks was a long time yes. It took twenty minutes to get them and did it also take another twenty to get our orders in the kitchen as well, yes it did.

However, we were a group of 12 and this can happen with a big group, but taking over 2 hours for all of our food to come out and for it to come out plate by plate and having to flag or wave down the waiter each time for refills or condiments is really absurd.

Everyone did eat their food and tasted great, but most of them complained that it was too cold because they kept coming out one by one, with even one plate being returned due to the steak and shirmp being cold to the touch

Cooking your own food would be the better option.

The food is always good. I have been to this establishment multiple times before and I’ve always loved it and had great service and the waiters/waitresses are always very nice and still are. BUT. One lady, who I believe is a manager, was extremely rude and passive aggressive towards me. At first, I just thought it was a bad night and gave her the benefit of the doubt. THEN, I came back a different night and the same lady was extremely rude to me. This lady was an older lady with grey hair and mean scowl. I now hesitate whenever I plan to go to Ted’s to eat, because I fear this same lady will be there. I may be wrong, but I think her name was something like “Marie” or at least that’s what I heard. Some colleagues of mine have concurred and have had similar experiences with the same lady. Action should be taken IMMEDIATELY! In fact, I usually don’t write reviews but I made an exception just for this.

So this was my first time experience this restaurant I ordered To go. I was most excited about pickle fries on the menu so that is why I ordered! With great sadness I got home to only find a container full of over cooked battered the pickles where so over done that is was only the pickle skins left 🙁 one I hate throwing money down the drain. This was NOT ediable! And second I would of never expected this restaurant to think that was acceptable to send out! I heard good things. I wanna cry over my pickle fries Yall have no idea how EXCITED I was for those!

We had a family dinner at this restaurant as we have many times before but tonight was terrible. From a lack of service from the waitress to just plain rude behavior. We had to wait an extended time before even getting just our drinks. Then when our food was brought out, it was one plate at a time – two waitress were bringing out the food. They had to be waved down several times for refills or condiments. Then when we were saying grace one waitress rudely kept yelling over the prayer to see who needed a refill, after already being told several times prior. There was also an all around attitude when it came time to pay with rude facial expressions. Servers name according to the ticket is Alyssa, but there was also another waitress that “helped” her while waiting on us. They were also several occasions where we say them just socializing with one another instead of tending to their customers. (This is coming from someone with several years in waitressing. )

Sat at table for 10 mins before server took our drink order. Almost 10 mins to bring us our drinks. Server seemed very new. Added salad bar to order for $6 and most of it was empty and the didn’t restock it at all. Waited 25 mins to get utensils to eat the items from the salad bar. 10 mins after placing order got told an item I “ordered” was out. I didn’t order that; server wrote it down wrong. So I would have got the wrong thing if they hadn’t run out. Another 10 mins for us to get refills on drinks. So 40 mins have 2 refills and a very small salad, but our server keeps coming out every 10 mins saying our order will be right out. After watching 4 togo orders go out and 35 Mins of being told it’d be right out, we just asked for our food to be boxed up to go. Still took another 20 mins.

I will start by saying that I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s always been good. Tonight was awful and I will not be going back and I usually give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt but it was that bad. We each had ribeye steak with two sides each. The steaks were a poor cut, served cold, but was favored well. We each had baked potatoes that were hot but very overcooked. I had a side of sweet potato fries that were hard, cold, and overcooked. My son had the Mac cheese as a side which was cold. We both left majority of the food there untouched all for a $60 dollar tab. McDonald’s would have been a better choice

Came highly recommended but fell flat. Food was mediocre… got a ribeye med rare came out rare … wife got a blue cheese burger which she really liked. Sautéed mushrooms needed some onions. Waitress seemed new? She was all into the handheld device which took her away from being personable and welcoming. The first thing that hit us was the number of un-bussed, dirty tables there were at 4:30pm . May give them another shot but there is another steakhouse in Clinton that blows these folks away.

Waited 45 minutes for our food as we watched lots of takeout orders go out. Also, when we finally got our food, the fries were cold and the steak was under cooked. There were only 6 other people in the restaurant when we got there. Also, we had to ask several times for drink refills. Not a good night at Ted’s!!
