The customer service was excellent! Not only was the food correct (sooo many times this isn’t the case), but when I asked for onion rings and they were out, she apologized and offered mozzarella sticks instead. Which we got our order, there were French fries instead. Before we had a chance to drive away OR drive around, she (I didn’t catch her name) was knocking on our window with the mozzarella sticks, and apologized AGAIN. I can’t remember having that good of customer service at BK!

They don’t seem to understand here that fries should be pulled last, not while you’re still working on other stuff in the order. My fries are never hot. I’m honestly getting sick of it. I didn’t pay for cold fries. And mistakes are made sometimes. One time I was given extra pickles (NOT WANTED) instead of the extra patty I asked for, and when I went to get a refund the process took 20 minutes. They also almost never give you a receipt, so resolving disputes is even harder than it should be.

It is what it is. It is a fast food franchise, having difficulty finding good people like so many places. The lady that served me at the counter was at least friendly. I ordered their signature item, a Whopper, and it took 17 minutes, over a quarter of an hour, to get that one Burger. Burger. There was only about four people inside the building, and two or three cars at the drive-thru. They had a crew of about six people, and they could not get their act together to get the food out. It was pitiful to watch. When my food came, I did have a clean place to sit down and eat it, and it was a very good burger. I just don’t have the time to wait on that burger very often.

The place has mold in it. The service sucks.
Went in last night, the new manager Jonliyah(?) said the lobby closes at 9, when in reality it doesn’t close until 10.
The place has mold in the grooves of the walk-in floor, mold in the bottom on the ice machine, and there’s constantly things going wrong with the broiler and stuff.
I called them after an indecent, took about six calls until they finally picked up, then they lied and said I had the wrong burger king.
Don’t go here and eat disgusting food and deal with rude staff who don’t wanna do their job.

My burger was hot and actually exactly as I hoped it would be! No onion, extra pickles & ketchup. This will be the BK I frequent when the taste for aWhopper hits. The frys were so hot I had to wait a few minutes to eat them. Perfect!
