Quite possibly the most needlessly aggressive and rude staff that I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I happen to be an employee at this hospital and literally every time I’ve gone here, I get a smashed, low-effort sandwich with half the stuff I asked for gone. Every time I DARE to ask for a condiment or something they huff and puff and act put upon.
Like, ma’am I’m working with people who are DYING upstairs. Grow up. Make the sandwiches. It’s your job and it isn’t that hard. People are here on the worst days of their lives and the staff at this kiosk make it notably worse with their attitude and service.

Ordered a tuna sub on YESTERDAY and have been stomach sick since then. The taste was not good. The tuna, when spread over the sub roll it was clumpy. I should have known then that it would be an issue. For the record, that was all I could eat all day. I’m still paying for it now. The only good thing was that the customer service was great (5 stars).

No wraps available, had to explain my order 4 times to get rung up correctly, and more than half the ingredients did not look fresh. Not to mention the facility (hospital) wasn’t so clean either, was worried about a fly landing on my sub while being made. If my family wasn’t so hungry with hardly any options for real food in that hospital, we would never have chosen to go. Completely terrible on all fronts.

This shop used to be in the cafeteria, but because the cafeteria is now being renovated (Fall 2015) the shop is now a little kiosk in the passage way between Main Hospital and Critical Care Hospital. They still offer all the sandwiches and even offer them toasted. Drinks are limited to bottled drinks, no fountain. And There are no cookies at this time. Lines tend to be long at lunch since they have a limited work space and aren’t as quick as they used to be.

They were more worried about taking with thier friends than doing thier job!
When they did start making my sandwich they decided to make the ones for the customers behind me first. Then the person who rang me up charged me for a foot long not a 6 inch and said that thier menu is wrong and they can’t fix it.
Won’t be going back thier again!!!

The customer service was very horrible , I asked for condiments and other edible options for my sandwich and “mhhhm “ was just every answer. I waited for a receipt and I couldn’t get one yet the employee hand smashed my food and I was asked “ is there anything else I can help you with “ with a very unpleasant attitude
