The teenager that took my order rang up a small Philly pizza instead of loaded Philly tots. She didn’t give me a receipt so I had no idea that I paid for the wrong thing, I have not eaten Domino’s in 40 years so I didn’t know what kind of box it came in. I opted to try it again for my husband suggested the loaded tots but unfortunately I will never know. The Jalapeno Bacon stuffed cheese bread had no bacon and 1 piece of a jalapeno pepper and that’s it other than the cheese. The inside felt like I was stuck in a holding tank in a jail. I will not be eating Domino’s again

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 730pm, it was out for delivery at almost 8pm…yet didn’t arrive until almost 9:15pm. Using the dominos app and tracking my order, the driver was in the same neighborhood location for almost 25 minutes before he started moving again. When the pizza got here it was ice cold and undercooked. What are these delivery drivers doing on company time to where they can’t deliver the food in a timely matter? I’ll never order from this location again.

I really do HATE to be a Karen but I placed an order this Mother’s Day 5/12/24 @10 sharp and only got my order around 11:30 by a driver named “AMADOU “ now I ordered about $50 or so dollars worth of food and it all came about an hour late and was ICE cold . He pulled it out of the trunk of his car and I didn’t see him grab it from the heating packs (mind you I’ve worked with dominoes for over 4 years of my life now )
and i immediately stopped him to acknowledge that not only the bites were missing but it was cold . He was very understanding and respectful however he reminded me that as a driver he can’t really do anything
( I don’t believe that since my drivers would go back and get what they left behind ) anyways our store closes in less than 20 minutes and because I told them that and the fact that our staff threw the cold order away since there’s no way to heat it up they refused to compensate in any way saying we have to dumpster dive it out does this look warm or appetizing at all?
Cause the driver even verified that the bites were missing after he tried to tell me it wasn’t like I need to punk someone out of $5 bread bites smh . I tipped and even offered more just to end up with my money wasted we were willing to do a reorder and the rest of my staff wait but he ended up saying we gotta grab it out the garbage when they could’ve done that if they really wanted it back. Not to mention they kept hanging up in my face when I was respectfully not even with an attitude asking for some sort of common ground . Very professional location

Everything I ordered was good except for the pizza. The pizza dough tasted sour like the dough had been sitting out and absorbing bad smells or was stale because my pizza was pretty much inedible. Threw it away. Had 1 slice

if there was an option for no stars they would get none. the pizza was severely undercooked and i’ve noticed im not the first to complain about this and its upsetting that management isn’t doing anything about this negligence towards peoples orders. it costs money to order pizza — it should at least be cooked all the way through. gross.

How do you mess up an order and don’t take any kind of responsibility for how it turns out. If it’s bad it’s bad. No sauce on my pizza and my toppings on my pasta were not there. Was told they could give me another pasta to exchange and the pizza, as long as we didn’t touch it, can also be exchanged. How are we going to know you did a horrible job if we don’t pick it up and inspect it? Not the first time but definitely our last.

We were very pleased w/ the pan pizza I concocted. But, the NY style left much to be desired. It was rather colder & was more like a hand-tossed thin. Bummer too b/c when Domino’s called it Brooklyn style I remember being impressed.

As I was placing my order over the phone I was being rushed. My husband went to pick it up and when he came back home they had forgot my sauce and on half of my pizza I had nothing but sauce and bread, that I was charged for so I called to let them know and I was told that I should have checked my order before I left so I said you charged me for it so I should have had everything I was charged for. The lady continued to argue with me and was very rude i will never be back I don’t support businesses that’s rude to the people that’s helping give them a pay check. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
