I stood at the counter with no assistance until I went to the self order machine. Fries looked and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil, spicy chicken dry and didn’t look fresh. The dining room ketchup container did not work.

I can’t have cheese because if a medical issue, I tried to call and they kept rejecting the phone call. Food was delivered with missing items including the salad( only thing I can eat from fast food.) My dad called and someone finally answered and they tried to pass it off to doordash as the problem, we used grubhub. Anyway they decided to start calling my dad sweetie and honey sarcastically and set him off, come to find out she said she was the manager. Thats not how you treat customers

I am sorry and heart broken to say this Wendy’s was the worst place I ever ate at. I LOVE EVERY Wendy’s I have ate at. My sister and I stopped here on our way home from a funeral in Kentucky. We could not eat our food the fried were hard a, cold and old the sandwich mayo was bitter and meat was not fresh. We threw our whole meal out and left. Lots of workers nothing filled and gave us paper towels for napkins. Ketchup was stuck together with something nasty and sticky. I give you no stars

Drive thru lady was super sarcastic after she forgot to ask what flavor frosty I wanted. Once I said what flavor I wanted she got this real nasty voice change and said “oh yea you’re right is there anything else I need to do for you?” Then I get my burger and there’s 3x’s the amount of mayo mustard and ketchup on it and the majority of those didn’t even make it onto the burger, they’re all over the top of the bun and the wrapper which makes it super messy. This Wendy’s location is full of employees who just don’t care not 5%. I wish I could give a negative star review.

This place genuinely sucks and seems to get worse with every visit. You might as well not contact Wendy’s customer service, they won’t do anything. The GM will look you up on social media tho lol. There’s a few decent people, but majority are weirdos and extremely unprofessional. Just save yourself the trouble and drive 10 minutes away to the South Bloomfield location or go somewhere else in circleville, unless you want the worst quality in food and service possible. Whoever actually owns this location needs to shut down and retrain their staff exponentially, and have a more experienced GM take over.

This Wendy’s consistently takes 20 to 25 minutes to make the simplest of order and will ALWAYS conveniently forget to include any reward items you might select with your points. It’s a 50/50 on weather they get the rest of the order correct.

Worked 12 hours in point pleasant WV today and was on the way home back to Columbus and went in and ordered on the kiosk. Watched about 7 parties come in and order after us then get their food before us in total waited 32 minutes for some nuggets fries and a burger.

This is 1 of the worst Wendys ever,, you have teenagers running it,, I just got the worst service from a dark haired girl with pony tails, the bag almost broke on me because she put the water bottle in with my food. they said they have no ice,, they are to lazy to put ice in the well.. . disgusting. The food was cold would not even melt my cheese.. you need new managers to be there with the teenagers.October11th/2024 @10:00-1015.,, it will be the last time i get food from here…. .pm.So here we go again Sept 24th/2024,, you have all the young woekers parking in customers parking and been running in and out of Eendys having a party day in the parking lot,, instead of woeking youve had like 4 of them outside playing together.. ( their girlfriends sit right up front just waiting for them to come baxk out and hang out with themm 8pm-8:30 pm).. I have got to say, this is one of the worst run Wendys I’ve ever seen.. My first time I watch A manager Lexi ,for day shift August 30/ 2024,, to lazy to go out to the shed and get lids for everyone’s drinks,, she made her help tell customers there were no lids,, I was a witness to another man trying to get his hamburger remain because they made the first 1 wrong, he said it took them over 20-25 min to fix 1 hamburger ( this is all in Lexis shift), I work in the food beverage since 1987, she should be teaching her employees how to win for them and get all 5 stars,, not howcto fail,, she needs to be watched and retrained or fired.. I will add my soda picture later,, because she was to lazy to go to shed.. This order was at 7:49-8 pm.. I hope you look at the camera, and instead she left the building.. Worst manager ever in food and beverage.. too much playing in the cars in the parking lot,, a manager needs to sit in parking lunch and watch what they are doing… Managers. Need help here..
