We’ve been coming to Panera for years, but lately the quality just hasn’t been the same. The staff is always friendly, but the food itself isn’t what it used to be.
For example, on our most recent visit I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and received one large chunk of chicken instead of shredded chicken. My soup was lukewarm, and the baguette tasted like it had just come out of the freezer instead of being warmed.
For the prices they charge and their promise of fresh, well-prepared food, it was really disappointing.

I had lunch today at the Panera Bread location [store #202457], and the experience was extremely disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for a very simple order, one chicken sandwich, a kids mac and cheese, and a soup. The order never arrived.
After waiting far too long with no communication or updates from staff, I decided to cancel the order and leave.
Whether this is a corporate or franchise location, there is a serious need for improvement in speed of service, management oversight, and guest satisfaction. Customers should not be left waiting without explanation, especially for such a small order.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others.

I want to Panera Bread in my neighborhood because I had a gift card and I was taking a bath by how clean it was how friendly the staff was and was really impressed by how delicious their sandwiches are. I will definitely go back. From the outside the store looks small but once I stepped inside and looked around a little bit I saw that they had a huge area to sit and eat and have conversation. All in all it was a really good experience.

I go here often in the morning before work (8:30am/drive through) the staff is always, without fail, incredibly slow with making the order. Continuing to mess up something with the order every other time, as well as serve the food I’ve been waiting for lukewarm..? Because I’ve been waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 bagels.. with not a single other customer in the line. also the worker is always the same and he’s not the friendliest, although that doesn’t bother me it’s just the food and waiting that does.

I truly love every single of the employees and staff working here. Truly this is by far the best Panera with quality food and wonderful service they provide everytime I go through drive through or dine in! Katie the manager really made my day when I was feeling down she managed to help fix an error with my online order that wasn’t working from my end! I would highly recommend this restaurant. I will always be coming here for because the food is seriously fresh and tastes amazing everytime. No complaint to even report at this restaurant! Please give recognition to every single on of these amazing staff at this location Panera I will continue to willingly give my best reviews for them!

Soufflé is the only favorite pastry that I love and order at Panera, but this is the last time I ever purchased it. I bought it 6:30 in the morning. I was told it was ordered to make, thinking it would be nice and fluffy. But no, it was a huge disappointment. The pastry is dense and tasted like old bread. No flaky, no crispy, no cheesy, nothing but worse than a piece of frozen food. No where close to the quality of a soufflé that I knew of Panera. I can’t tell if the whole Panera went down or just this location. But to pay $8 for a tiny little souffle that gone through shrinkflation, this is straight up a scam and messed up in quality. Absolutely trash and whenever I see them, it got me upset.

I ordered delivery through the Panera app. They couldn’t find a delivery driver through Door Dash (not the stores fault) so after an hour and a half I called in. The store refunded my order and apologized. Definitely appreciate the customer service, even though it wasn’t their fault. We’ve ordered plenty from this store and never had issues previously.

This is a spacious Panera that is rarely crowded. I came here twice this week during my stay at Aurora and found these food remnants in the soda machine without being cleaned out for more than 24 hours. I would not recommend this location.

I did a mobile order and waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. There was no movement in the line and had to go in to get our food which took another 5-10 minutes. after getting home we realized the bagel we bought had no cream cheese on it after we paid extra for it. service was extremely slow and didn’t even get the order right

Ordered a bowl of soup and a piece of bread for a drive thru pick up order and it took over 30 minutes just sitting in my car waiting. Not worth it because the food quality isn’t even good anymore. Literally laid 16$ for a bowl of cold soup .
