This was my first time at Panera Bread and it was delish! Thanks sis for the experience. This was a strawberry poppy salad type something and it was wonderful and very refreshing!
I thank my sister got a Mediterranean something.. but too the portion was ginormous! I was very impressed! It all looked so fresh and good.
Im not a fan of the bread.. id prefer something not as hard on the outside but the inside was very fluffy and good.
She also got a sugar cookie.. it was all good.
Idk how these pics are in order but surely you can tell which is which.. hope so.

August 2023 update. Not sure what we were thinking coming back.
This Panera has continued to go down hill.
Dirty, not maintained, not ready for business 50 minutes after opening time.

Is it all better and back to Panera standards? NOPE!
Floors dirty, tables not sanitized (unless I’m mistaken and those crumbs ARE sanitary).
June 2021: 3 stars.
Not as good as it was Pre-pandemic.
Stickers say tables are sanitized every 30 minutes. They were NOT during our visit.
Full product menu choices not available.
Overall it appears to be going downhill as many places in this town do over time.
July 2021: 1 star
Gave it another try on a Sunday morning.
Only ONE other customer in the place.
But EVERY table dirty. Definitely NOT sanitized when there are crumbs on the tables.
Seats also dirty.
Floor dirty.
Apparently due to pandemic, no cleaning required.
Eggs:
There is a difference between sunny side up and over easy.
Raw whites and yokes is NOT over easy.
Yes, yes. I know I could have rejected it, but it could be worse.

I went in and ordered 2 pick two meals to go. My order in particular, 1/2 Garden Caprese Melt and a small chicken noodle soup. This is where I have the problem.
I am extremely disappointed with the 1/2 Garden Caprese Melt. I have included a picture of what I got and what is promoted what it should be.
I frankly was to tired to return to say anything. I guess either Panera is lying about what we should get or the staff just don’t care what they’re doing. Either way, y’all are screwing over the people in the community that help keep that place in Hopkinsville alive, people employed or just a place customers wanna return to.

Who doesn’t love bread and soup? It’s all fantastic. Bread is a little rough at times, but that’s what the soups for, right. 9/10 would come back again.

Clean and well decorated. The kiosk ordering system is very cool, lets you customize your order, skip the line, and you get a Free Cookie!! The tracker system works well, service is prompt, and food is well presented. I’m traveling alone in the area and ended up coming here 3 days in a row because it was fast, convenient, and a nice comfortable atmosphere.

I am extremely disappointed with my flat bread. Only sauce on one side, cheese in the middle, and used the Drizzle sauce to cover that one huge piece only had a small corner with toppings. It looks very unappealing. Since I got it in the drivethru while traveling for work, I can’t even take it back into the store to get fixed. not happy. 2 stars because the drive thru attendant was nice and there were croutons and spoons with my soup this time.
