Our server, Ashley, was wonderful, attentive and helpful throughout the meal.
I opted for the Restaurant Week menu and was very impressed with all the selections:
Appetizer: The Wagyu Meatballs were a great start, perfectly seasoned and tender.
Salad: The Iceberg BLT Salad was crisp and refreshing.
Entrée: The 6 oz Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly and incredibly flavorful.
Dessert: The Chocolate Cake was a rich and decadent finish to the meal.
CHoP Chandler delivered a high-quality dining experience. I highly recommend checking them out, especially if they are participating in a special event like Restaurant Week!
Right before the 11th hour, my husband got called out to work… There was no problem changing the reservation( although I certainly was in panic mode. The staff ( I Wish I could say who answered the phone/ helped change reservation, but it was handled professionally, kindly, and accommodating to switch to the next day at the same time. ( Thank You!)
Just pulling up to the restaurant is stunning from the outside.
When we announced our name for our reservation, we were led to a corner booth table that was set magnificently.
The atmosphere/ the mood was so inviting, the music was enjoyable and at the perfect volume too.
Jaelyn our waitress was Rock Solid Fabulous!
And the rest of the staff, you can see the teamwork without it being intrusive at the same time. It felt like an intimate dinning experience in a beautiful restaurant, we felt happy, comfortable quickly, which really surprised me. Guess being in Love helps too:) I could tell the staff there treat each other like -Family. Everyone working seemed to flow with each of our course’s Flawlessly and with Pride:)
The FOOD! Oh My… Outstandingly Scrumptious! Must try the champagne vinaigrette salad dressing. Although my husband’s Caesar salad was chicken full of cheese and the perfect blend of what a Ceaser salad Should Always taste like:) Devine.
You must order the Maui ribeye- it is by far the best cut, great portion sized, and most flavorful. Don’t just take my word for it-Try it!!
Cream of Spinach!?! OHMY!! By far, it is the BEST Cream of Spinach I have EVER eaten. My husband agrees. It is so good, I wanted the recipe to make it for our Grandchildren! Seriously, it’s That Good!!
Another -Don’t knock it till you try it- French fries made in Duck fat. ( I know, French fries, Really???
Just the aroma when the overflowing basket is presented and placed on the table makes your senses admire. It’s Absolutely Delicious!
And it doesn’t stop there- Dessert…
You will not do yourself Any favors if you do not Order the Bread Pudding!! ( I know, I know) bread pudding sounds ick, but the way our waitress Jaelyn told us that she’s been after the Chef for months for the recipe… Well we HAD to try it then…. And Boy are we Sooo Grateful we did!! Hands Down, it is Spectacular!! But just YOU be the judge of that!
Our food was so good that I Had to Meet this Chef! My husband and I were So delighted and Impressed-
Chef Diego- He not only Master’s Exquisite Cuisine, but his Persona resonates make no people happy with his food. His people skills, his mannerisms is So Real! What a GEM.
It was Such a pleasure to meet this incredible Chef and enjoy every bite.
The vibes and atmosphere is high class and at the same time down to earth. The bar ( although we didn’t sit there) looked inviting…
Do yourself a favor and take your partner out for a Genuine Date Night. Get in this establishment. And if any one says their prices are too high, well then they probably never sat down to enjoy a Gourmet meal anyway. Judge for yourself!
And besides, It’s our Sons and his wife’s favorite restaurant. They specifically planned a Nana and Papa babysitting night for our two Grand boys for them to go enjoy a blissful meal before midnight to Welcome our First Granddaughter into this world:)
Don’t be surprised, but you’ll be bringing home leftovers because the portion sizes are Amazingly Huge too! The salad alone could be a meal in itself.
The price, definitely worth every penny!
Thank you Chandler Chop Steakhouse for your fine dining experience.
We will be coming back again and again soon:)
I am sooo going to order 6 desserts to get a whole sheet of Bread pudding for our next home gathering with our family for all the Birthdays.
From Happy Customers,
Staci & Rich Milliard:)
My wife and I had made a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary on a Friday evening. It was fairly busy, but we could have had a table without a reservation. Service was amazing – i dont recall our servers name, but she was really good. My wife went with the summer 3 course “fixed price” menu. Starter was Heirloom tomatoes & gorgonzola salad, really good. Main was filet – cooked perfectly and great tasting. Dessert was bread pudding and it was also delicious. I opted for a “chef special” Argentine ribeye, really good, but not thr best. Our server also brought us a slice of cheesecake for our anniversary – again, she was the best part of the dinner. Food preparation, portion and flavors were really good but their prices are outrageously high – you can get steaks as good at other steakhouses in the east valley. Biggest disappointment was the dont serve prime rib! How can you be a top there steakhouse and not have prime rib on your menu? Finally, it is a really nice steakhouse in the south part of chandler with a very nice ambiance (kinda dark and romantic), I just wish their prices were more competitive – and they should really add prime rib back on their menu.
There was a specialized menu just for Valentine’s Day, but if that menu is any indication, the food there must be amazing all around. We each got one appetizer, one entrée and one dessert, and every single thing we ordered was nothing short of phenomenal. Between the two of us, we had a Caesar salad (one of the best I’ve ever had), Korean beef skewers, filet mignon (cooked perfectly at medium rare), the best scallops I’ve ever tried in my life, red velvet cake, and bread pudding.
The food was filling but not heavy — we left feeling like we’d gotten our money’s worth but not bloated or sluggish from all of it — and considering the fancy menu and ambiance, the cost was well worth the quality of the meal. I cannot recommend this place enough for a date night. It was perfect, and my wife is still over the moon about it!
