I usually just hit the drive-thru, unless it’s super busy, but today was quiet—like one or two cars in line. I was really dehydrated (not their fault) and decided to go inside to grab a drink. But things quickly went downhill.
I walked in and there was no one at the counter, so I waited a bit and then went to the washroom. When I came back, still no one. After about 10 minutes, a family finished eating and left, but there was no staff. So, I ended up calling a friend to pass the time.
Then, a very nice lady came in, and decided to use the kiosk to place her order. But she explained she was paying in cash, so she had to place it in person. I tried to get someone’s attention, but I was completely ignored, which was weird because that never happens to me. Most people are usually super friendly towards me.
Anyway, I just wanted a simple agua fresca, but this turned into a whole mess. There was this young guy, literally in plain sight, who acted like he couldn’t see. I said “Excuse me, sir” a couple times, and he still didn’t respond. It was honestly kind of hilarious, but frustrating too. I felt bad for the lady behind me who got ignored as well until someone finally came to help.
It’s just Taco Bell, so I don’t have super high expectations, but come on—take the order, serve the food, and keep it moving. No need for extra smiles or anything, just be efficient. Today, though, that didn’t happen. Hopefully, they clean house soon! Not for me, because I’m not even from here. Im only here for school, but for all of these hard-working people who are just trying to get their food and go. Respect your elders at the very least!!

Most things are fine, but 4/5 times that I get anything with sour cream, someone thinks that it should be deposited at the bottom of whatever is being rolled. It’s an incredibly common annoyance.

Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had by far. Employees welcomed us in and asked how we were doing, and while we were eating what seemed like the manager also came out and checked on us as well. As far as Taco Bell goes this one is the best of the best

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is pretty top. Good portions and prep, especially in the later hours. Lunch staff fill the drinks with too much ice though, but night staff are on it. Staff is overall very friendly all day! I know if nobody else got me, this location got me.

I know things are tight with grocery prices right now. I went in to get a taco there was probably not even a quarter of a teaspoon of meat in that taco I had two bites of Taco the rest were shell and lettuce. We’re all struggling but if I’m going to pay three something for a taco I would like to meet in it won’t be back to this location ever

Sunday morning, 4-6-2025. 7:02am sitting in the drive through and no one will take my order. Website says opens at 7:00am. It’s now 7:15 so I guess I’m not going to get any food today. Bad thing is this was my favorite Taco Bell. Lost a customer today people. Do better. At least tell me you aren’t ready don’t just leave me out here without saying anything.

Dining area was clean. Limited interaction with staff was friendly. Food came out fast.
I came in to get the limited time “Chili cheese Burrito”. I used to eat nothing but these back in the late 90s and early 00s. Ingredients were good. The “chili” tasted exactly what I remember. However, the portions… It is your typical “shrinkflation” that plagues all fast food these days. It pretty much ruins the whole thing. You are left with a lot of soft shell with a little bit of meat. You almost need to get 2 burritos and dump the contents into another to get what it used to be. It’s not the staff’s fault. I see they are using little ice cream scoop type devices to portion out the meat, and they are following guidelines from corporate. But come on. $2.99 for a burrito with hardly any meat is too much. That one thing will make me never want to go to this or any Taco Bell every again. Even the side of cinnamon twist I had appeared to be light on the cinnamon/sugar coating.
You’re better off going to a Moe’s or Willy’s for better portion/ bang for your buck. I’ll try one of the copycat chili cheese burrito recipes you can find online next time I crave one, instead of dealing with these portions

I often frequent this location but have noticed in the past few visit the quality of service has gone down. On Sunday evening, I ordered the delicious nacho fries but by the time I received and bit into one they were stale and cold. Honestly I was going to overlook that incident but this evening the manger was extremely rude to my mother and I. For context, I ordered the nacho fries again and thankfully they were fresh. So I then decided to sit and eat them while doing a homework assignment, waiting on my mom to finish up at the gym. I was there for possibly 45 mins. So before I could fully packet up everything to head out, My mom and I loudly heared ” THEY ARE NOT WELCOMED HERE”. I was hurt because what did we do? If you had a strict policy on dine in customers I would’ve abided by that and left. I mean I can’t believe how rude a manager can be.
