The service is just fine. The food is perfect. The only issue with this particular store is the upkeep. Tables always dirty.I have been to multiple Jersey Mikes and this one stands out for this unfortunate reason. Always ,every time, dirty tables and floor.

I’m usually a Subway person but tonight I went with Jersey Mike’s, it is for sure scale up with all the meats and the way they toast the bread and everything!
for sure a five-star place but it is double the price of subway and with Subway giving you buy one foot-long get one half-off right now and sometimes get one free I’m not sure if I’m going to make this a regular habit, but for sure tonight I’m going to treat myself and that must say it all!

Today, I had a great Sub experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs in Redlands, we tried 2 different subs a Club Sub, and a Mike’s Famous Philly. Both subs were equally delicious. We had great service and ordering was both fast and easy.

I came in to grab a Turkey provolone Mike’s way with no tomato. Somehow my sandwich got mixed up. When I came up to tell them about the mix up. What seemed to be the shift leader or manager perhaps was very rude argued that that was the sandwich that I ordered, and I was like how I didn’t order tomato and instead of trying to fix it, she argued until she finally was like, okay, we’ll make you your sandwich. Just plain out rudeness. And honestly the way she threw the other sandwich in the trash was just a disgusting

I love the convenience of this place and the sandwiches are good. My only problem today was that there was a stem piece from the avocado in my sandwich and I about broke a tooth. I’ve never had this happen. But if they are putting a sandwich together they need to pay attention to detail. I’m disappointed.

Menu item #31: California Chicken Cheese Steak sandwich was outstanding. Go over Jersey Mike’s online menu first as not all sandwiches are listed on the restaurant’s
physical menu board. Item #31 was one of them. Just ask the staff if the sandwich can be made and served.

First experience here and it’s the worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s sadly. Order wasn’t ready until nearly 20min after the stated time, so 35min to make 2 cold sandwiches. And this is the problem with asking for tips BEFORE service and why we decided we won’t tip beforehand anymore.
