Ordered a medium rare steak and I have cooked it two times so far and it still looks like it’s rare. It came to my door basically a raw piece of meat and the salad was brown. 2 dinners $70 and it was not good at all. Do better 99.

I am an Army Veteran, I went there for the buy one entree, get the other entree for free. I got home and discovered that the chicken in the entree was badly burned. I am also a Senior Citizen denture wearer. Very hard to eat the chicken. I ordered the Country fried chicken entree. Grilled chicken teriyaki. And missing was the second side for the Grilled chicken. I was very disappointed. I had been there before, and everything was more edible. That’s why I ordered the Country fried chicken. The young man who took my order was personable . The Country fried chicken entree was not worth what I paid for it.
A change in rating, 3 stars. The Grilled Teriyaki chicken was good !

James, Bartender Extraordinaire, was so nice, professional, and most of all patient with us three first-timers. We enjoyed an adult beverage as well as the clam chowder and both the hot and cold lobster rolls.
Atmosphere was clean and welcoming.
If in the area, you have to stop in and enjoy the food and great service.
James is a true asset to the 99 family.
Thank you James and we’ll be back!

I took my wife and my grandson in the day after the Superbowl for Lunch. I had my heart set on the Turkey Tip dinner , however, it’s no longer offered on the menu. No baked potatoes offered until evening. In any event, the other selections sufficed and we had a wonderful lunch. Cassie was our server and she was phenomenal. We felt very comfortable and were treated like we mattered . It made for a great family day out! We made the right choice among a slew of area restaurants near the airport and Mall. I recommend this 99 to anyone visiting the Manchester area. Best 99 experience I’ve had. Will come back! Thank you!

As a long time customer (going back to the OG in Boston) I have increasingly noticed the downward spiral of the food. I used to always get the balsamic chicken…first instead of 2 boneless breasts it was cut in half to one breast at same price. Then the quality went way down and the chicken was/is always fatty. Recently it was a Reuben that consisted of rubber corn beef!! Presently Yankee pot roast was added….I was so excited. But what was described as tender slow cooked pot roast was small pieces of tough, fatty, gross, chewy meat…tried it twice 2nd try just as bad. Even if some of the food is decent you get reduced portions at higher prices. Basically….across the board…the food’s quality, and quantity are almost at rock bottom…while the prices have gone way up. Imagine $43.00 for prime rib when across the street you can go to Longhorn’s for a far superior prime rib for $23.00!! If the 99 thinks saving costs by lowering the quality and quantity of the food while raising prices is going to keep them in business and save them….they’d be so wrong…at least in my case. You can boil the frog but eventually that won’t work and people will realize how bad you’ve gotten and how badly you feed and charge your customers. I’d pay a bit more if the food was good, but it’s not, I’d put up with smaller portions but not for higher prices. Definitely will not return for smaller portions of inferior food at higher prices. Better restaurants are gone for much less reasons. I don’t get pleasure from criticizing a long time business especially one I frequent….but because so many places are sadly now gone….i truly hope some constructive criticism can turn things around and help prevent a similar fate from happening again. As it is now…the only thing positive is the staff….they are beyond great.

Stopped at 99 on the way to the airport, when we were headed home, yesterday. Good food and our server was nice. The popcorn for an appetizer was interesting and unexpected but welcome. The taste of the good and atmosphere was similar to that of Chili’s or Texas Roadhouse, except a lot quieter.
My wife didn’t care for the chicken pot pie but my hamburger and fries were good. Would come back here.

The 99 is not a fancy gourmet place but if you want decent food at more than decent prices it’s fabulous. I got the Turkey dinner with all the fixings for 15.99. It might not have been as good as mine but I didn’t spend hours cooking and it was a very satisfying meal. There was plenty of it too. It’s hard to find a place where you can go out for a reasonable price today, this is one of the few places left that you might actually be able to afford taking the family to. Nothing pretentious just a solid meal at a decent price.

I was in the area, hungry and had a discount from the app. I was seated right away and everyone was friendly. Complimentary popcorn was brought out right away.
I had the Pesto Chicken Parm Sandwich with fries. It tasted good but it was messy. I had extra napkins and hand wipes brought to me without even asking. Awesome!
I was brought a refill for my unsweetened iced tea with lemon .
I had a coconut banana square with chocolate sauce and whipped cream for dessert. It tasted good .
You can pay your bill with your phone from the table.
Wifi and bar available.
Update: April, 2023; I sat at the bar and I ordered a Vermont Maple Burger , which tasted good. I wasn’t asked which side I wanted, again. The area around the bar needed cleaning . I had a discount through the app and the staff were not aware of the discount. The app was acting up and I had to reinstall it twice to get it to function. The bartenders were patient.
I liked the booths more than the bar.
Update: April 2024; Cheeseburger special at the opening of the Red Sox season. The food was good. The bartender was courteous and offered me popcorn . But she took it away before I could finish it, and didn’t offer me a refill on my drink.

Ordered take out Wed 4/16 in Manchester nh.
Chicken sandwich and potato skins were fine. I also ordered a side salad. The cucumbers were bad and the lettuce was brown. I thought you made them fresh to order. Disappointed.
